The Biggest loser will be coming back to NBC for season 8 on Tuesday, September 15th, 2009. This popular reality TV series is really a weight loss competition that follows extremely overweight people on their weight loss journeys. They will reportedly be ditching the couples format this time around to go back to singles. (Reality TV Magazine) I want to caution you, The Biggest Loser is very addictive and will take up a lot of your time. It runs two hour episodes every week. So, if you've got the time, be sure and tune in because this is one of those reality TV shows that will leave you feeling warm and fuzzy. Reality TV Series for Fall 2009: America's Next Top Model

Tyra Banks and the gang are coming back this Fall for cycle 13 of America's Next Top Model. The newest cycle airs on Wednesday, September 9th, 2009 on The CW. During cycle 12, America's Next Top Model aired a lot of casting calls looking for models 5'7" or under for cycle 13. It hasn't been confirmed yet, though, whether America's Next Top Model will be crowning America's shortest top model. Either way, ANTM is sure to be a staple in the Fall 09 reality line-up. Reality TV Series for Fall 2009: Survivor Samoa

Survivor is set to premier on CBS on Thursday, September 17th for its 19th season. Survivor was really one of the first reality TV series to air on a major network and got the ball rolling for other reality TV shows. Sex Rehab is a brand new reality TV series set to air Fall 2009 on VH1 (no official premier date has been announced). This reality show is a spin off of Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew and promises to be just as entertaining. On Sex Rehab, a group of people with sex addiction will be treated by Dr. Drew Pinsky over eight one hour episodes. (NY Daily News) I think this one has guilty pleasure written all over it.

Reality TV Series for Fall 2009: The Amazing Race

Season 15 of The Amazing Race will premier on Sunday, September 27th, on CBS. Season 15 will open with a special two hour broadcast to kick things off. The Emmy Award-winning Amazing Race will follow 11 new contestants as they vie for one million dollars and travel across the world.
