With the baseball season underway it is now time to start thinking about fantasy football. Whether you are in an office, friends or high stakes league it is good to know what resources are out there for fantasy football victory. This article takes a look at some of the best fantasy football resources on the web.

1) Yahoo Fantasy Sports: Yahoo offers the easiest, cheapest (free) and most commonly used fantasy football administration site. Features include complete rule customization for points and players, optional packages for those really into fantasy (stat tracker, draft kit, scouting reports), expert advice and a easy to use strait forward drafting system.

2) ESPN Fantasy Football: ESPN is another great option for fantasy football. Their site is free, easy and also commonly used. Their rule configuration allows a more complex fantasy league for those who need something to keep them interested. They have excellent expert advice because that is ESPN's business. Keep in mind that ESPN's technology isn't as friendly as Yahoos but is an excellent choice as they are the most trusted name in sports.

3) FF Tool Box: A free site with every chart and analysis of the season you can think of. The FF Tool Box is not a site that administers a league but is a resource for drafting and up today hot lists. They include the basics from "how to play fantasy football" to a weekly podcast to keep you up to date. For those who want to get started and enhance their chances of FF domination check out the tool box.

4) NFL: So NFL.com has a fantasy site. The best part is that they offer prizes to the top managers including a Super Bowl fantasy trip. The plus is that since they are the NFL they know what is going on at all times in their league. The minus is that technology isn't their business so it is lacking a little. The configurability of the league isn't as robust as ESPN or Yahoo but it is competitive. Use this league if you have to because your brother in-law is in a league and if you weren't in it you would not hear the end of it during Thanksgiving.

5) My Fantasy League: This is your best alternative fantasy football site. It offers a myriad of analysis and features. The biggest strength is that it allows you to have up to 64 teams join. You have to pay around $89 for the season but divided amongst 64 players you shouldn't have a problem. It has some robust technology features similar to Yahoo but this is their main business so they allow a lot more customization to make your fantasy site feel like home.
