The unforgiving economy is forcing us to tighten our budgets, so we've cut back on dining out, canceled our HBO, and those bi-weekly pedicures are being done ourselves. I am a victim this pleasurable restraint, but with much practice and the right equipment have found that an at-home foot spa can be just as satisfying and soothing as my overindulgent trips to the spa.
