Looking for some games for your iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad but aren't willing to shell out any more cash after purchasing such expensive devices? I've got you covered. Check out the list below for games that are intuitive, fun, and, best of all, free!

Words with Friends Free

Words with Friends is essentially a scrabble game that can be played on your iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad. However, unlike the actual Scrabble app, this version can be played online against other people in addition to single player or local multiplayer. All you have to do is create an account by entering in your email address and choosing a username and you're ready to play. You can play against a contact in your contact list, search for players by username, or just play a random opponent. There is also a paid version as well as an HD version for the iPad for $2.99, both of which remove the pop-up ads which appear while playing. In a slow-paced strategy game like this one, the ads aren't really much of a bother though.

GraalClassic

GraalClassic is one of the only MMORPG games for the iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad. Those familiar with the classic Legend of Zelda games should feel right at home with GraalClassic. The game is very similar to Zelda for the Super Nintendo. However, Graal has no quests. The game is all about the online interactions. You can farm for gralets (the game's currency), spar with other players, or gather up members of your guild to try and take control of one of the game's four towers. With an average of over 1,000 players online at any given time, there's always someone to interact with in GraalClassic. The game requires an internet connection to play. You can play over Wifi with the iPod Touch and iPad. With the iPhone, you can play via Wifi, 3G, or Edge connections. The premium version, GraalClassic+, offers no additional gameplay elements, just more character faces, sword, and shields to choose from. None of these extras affect gameplay.

PaperToss

This simple, yet addicting, game from Backflip Studios, bring the the thrills of waste bin basketball to the iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad. The goal of this game is to throw a paper ball into a waste bin across the room by swiping your finger across the screen. The challenge is that you must compensate for a fan, which is constantly blowing at varying speeds, by swiping slightly left or right. You receive a point for every consecutive successful shot. If you miss, the score resets to 0. There are 3 difficulty levels to choose from as well at 5 locations to toss paper at. That's pretty much all there is to it. PaperToss for the iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad is fun in it's simplest form.

Simon Says: Echo

Echo is a clone of the popular Simon family game. Compatible with all 3 iDevices, Echo is a memory game in which the player must watch, listen to, and memorize an increasingly long sequence of flashing buttons and then replay the sequence from memory. It sounds simple but the game is quite difficult as the sequence length increases. This game is very addicting and fun to take turns playing with a friend to see who can get the highest score. Using your iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad, you can play this classic game anywhere.

Hoggy

Hoggy for the iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad is a platform puzzle game with a twist. Instead of running left and right and jumping to get over obstacles, in Hoggy you tilt the device to move left and right and touch the screen and reverse gravity in order to get over objects in your way. The intuitive control scheme, combined with nice graphics, an addicting soundtrack, and a cute story (moon men have kidnapped your girlfriend), make for quite an entertaining portable game. At the low price of free, there's no reason not to have this game.
