Top 5 New Hair Products You Need to Own

Innovative, Revolutionary Products

Wendy Rose Gould
I have a lot of hair, and as a result, I spend a lot of time sitting in hair salons, browsing through hair magazines and looking at hair products. Lucky for me, the hair product market is booming and new hair products are being created everyday making them plentiful and progressively better. Here are 5 new hair products that are absolute must-haves for any woman who cares about her lovely locks.

Gentle Dry Shampoo With Oat Milk - Aerosol Spray by Klorane, $18

I know the term "dry shampoo" is like an oxymoron, but trust me with this one. Have you ever had one of those days were you either feel uninspired to take a shower or simply don't have enough time to do so? Well this is the ultimate solution. All you do is spray this dry shampoo onto your locks and you're good to go. It's chock-full of agents that absorb extra oil and adds nutrients to your hair in the process. The result? A clean-looking 'do!

Pronto Colore Root Touch-Up & Highlighting Pen by Oscar Blandi, $23

Root touch up and highlighting in a pen? Sounds like an amazing invention from the future, but the future is here and now so you're in luck. This revolutionary product by Oscar Blandi allows you to cover up roots, highlight strands of hair and hide those grays in between hair appointments. It's also commitment free and washing out with one shampoo. It comes in many shades, is safe to use and is definitely a hair do.

Spray On Hair Crystals by Frederic Fekkai, $18.50

This new product from the hair guru's at Frederic Fekkai is perfect for a night out on the town. Simply spray your hair with a fine mist from the handy aerosol can and you're instantly glamified! This new hair product sold by Fekkai and Sephora "allows for even coverage and contains hair-softening Panthenol for easy, flexible styling. Make a sparkling statement with your vibrant, crystal-shiny, pearl-perfect locks." It comes in 3 shades that you can use alone or mix and match: champagne, copper, and bronze.

Tourmaline Ionic Mini Wireless Hair Straightener by Metropolis, $99

This product is worth every cent of its $99 price tag. Why? Because it's ultra convenient and gives you a sleek and sexy head of hair. As its name suggest, this hair straightener is wireless which means you can bring it with you wherever you go to touch up those flyaways. It's also mega-handy for traveling and at only 7.5 inches long you can pack it in your purse, carry on or luggage. Check out Sephora.com if you're interested in this. (How could you not be?)

Phytophanere Dietary Supplement for Hair & Nails by Phyto, $50

Phyto is known for working hair magic. This "product," if you will, is a little different from other items out there, though. Instead of applying a cream or treatment topically, you ingest this one. That's right - phyophanere is a vitamin/dietary supplement that improves the condition of your hair. It includes 120 caplets that work to bring dull, brittle and drying hair back to life and also helps with the condition of your nails. Per the sephora website, "Super nutrients like carotene, wheat germ oil, and brewer's yeast nourish, protect, and help maintain healthy hair and build strong nails."

I don't know how those gray hairs sneak in there between hair colorings, but they certainly do. The pen solution sounds useful, practical and affordable.
