Top 5 Halloween Costumes Sites for Your Cat

Alicia Bodine
Do you stay at home and greet Trick or Treaters? Why not dress up your cat in a cute costume this year. Not only would it be fun, but the little kids who come trick or treating to your house will get a big kick out of it. There are plenty of sites you can buy costumes from and I have listed them for you below.

1. BrandsOnSale.com: This site has only 4 cat costumes listed because cat costumes are not as popular as dogs. I wanted to include it because the price was so reasonable. You can get any one of the following four costumes for $12.99: Jester Cat costume, Devil Cat costume, Bat Cat costume, and Pirate Cat costume. This site does not list sizes, but you can call 1-800-979-3156 to talk to a personal shopper during the following hours: Mon-Fri 7:00AM-6:00PM or Sat 8:AM-12:00PM PST.

2. SpoiledRottenKitties.com: This site is so fun. There are 10 costumes to choose from plus you could order hats and accessories separate. The costumes cost between $8.95-$26.95. You can choose from the following outfits: Witch cat costume, Witchie Poo costume, King cat costume, Queen cat costume, Princess cat costume, Kitty Royale costume, Pirate cat costume, Pirate Cat #1 costume, Cat from Hell costume, and Lil Angel costume. It seems as though you can only buy the costumes in small, but most cats are the same size so I guess it doesn't matter.

3. HalloweenCostumes4u.com: This site shows pictures of dogs in costumes but all the costumes are made for cats or dogs. Just order a small for your cat. Prices are not listed until you click on the costume you want. The prices are reasonable with a Batman costume selling for $12.00. Some of the styles you will find are Superman, King or Queen, Doctor, Sheriff, Prisoner, Rock Star, Bride, Hippie, Fire Chief, Dracula, Robin Hood, Angel, Pirate, Clown, Witch, Princess, and Star Wars. My favorite is the Yoda costume definitely.

4. HalloweenStreet.com: This site has the most selection I have seen with over 20 Categories to choose from. All of the pictures feature dogs, but the costumes are made for both dogs and cats. Just choose a larger size for your kitty. Unless you have a fat cat like my neighbor. The Mickey Mouse or Snow White costume sells for $12.99 which is very reasonable considering it is Disney. Almost all the costumes on this site cost either $12.99 or $19.99. There are too many costumes on this site for me to list them all here so I suggest you head over to the site and take a look. Chances are though, that they will have what you are looking for.

5. PamperedPetsCatalog.com: This site is expensive in my view. I had to include it however, because it has some quality costumes. A tuxedo costs $30.50. A wedding dress is $50.50. Some other outfits and prices are Football costume ($28.50), Ladybug ($28.50), Bumblebee ($28.50), Cow or Crocodile ($28.50), Bat or Piggy ($28.50), Superdog ($28.50), Wonderdog ($26.00), Cheerleader ($28.50), and Happy Tails Cowboy ($19.00). You'll love browsing through the animal models on this site. They are so cute. You can also choose from sizes extra small to extra large.

Rebecca, it is true most cats don't like being dressed up, but there are a few who don't mind. My sister had 2 cats and the one called Mischief always let my nieces play dress up on him. So funny. The cat didn't seem to mind at all.

My kitty did not do Halloween this year. The peoples were too scary lol. Normally felines do not appreciate being dressed up! Thanks for sharing the sites for those lucky people that can have fun with their cat.
