Top 5 Hottest Christmas Gifts of 2010 for Tech Lovers

Candice
If you've got a "techie" on your Christmas list this year, here's the latest and greatest they'll be sure to love. So without further ado, here's the top 5 hottest Christmas gifts of 2010 for tech lovers list; a great place to start for your holiday shopping.

1. Apple's iPad:
A revolution in itself, and most definitely will be the hottest gift of the season, whether for your tech lover, teen, your hubby (or yourself), the iPad will top everyone's Christmas list in 2010.
Best price I've found for this hot ticket item is, of course, at Walmart for $499. Also, see this cool blog I found that lists the hottest top 10 iPad accessories here .

2. . Xbox 360 4GB Console with Kinect :
The Xbox 360 4GB Console with Kinect is the coolest thing since video games were invented. And all techies love gaming. Xbox's Kinect lets players chuck the remotes and use only themselves as the controllers. That's right, no more losing the game remotes and controllers, it's all in the camera eye that "sees" the players and senses their movements. Very cool. 3. Wi-Fi Locator:
Your favorite techie is always looking for places to get connected, and these little gadgets are the newest and coolest of their kind to detect wi-fi and hot spots to keep them connected anywhere. I found two different types, a smaller keychain version , and a " Star Trek" handheld version at Amazon, but I'm sure they're available at any tech store. Mobile Edge MEASL1 WiFi Signal Locator , and Hawking HWL2 Hi-Gain WiFi Locator (Silver) . The Hawking HWL2 is very cool as it looks just like a StarTrek communicator too.

4. iPod Nano Watch
This thing is amazing, and hopefully will be available by Christmas, if not there will be many sad techies. Apple's taken the nano and made it an accessory that any geek tech lover would drool to own. "So many watch companies have struggled to make a multi-touch color display watch to date. It is no small task. The Nano itself is an engineering wonder. Multi-Touch, color display, long battery life, MP3, radio, photos, pedometer, Nike+ and clock all in an impossibly small package. Just like reinventing the phone it took Apple to make it possible. And in clock mode the Nano battery lasts at least a week before recharging."- read more about them at; kickstarter.com .

5. HTC Evo 4G Phone
And last but not least is the 4G wonder HTC Evo. With the HTC EVO™ 4G, the power to do more than you ever thought possible with a phone is Sprint's hottest seller on the market. Here's a list of things it can do: get Wi-Fi® wherever you go, True HD vision, Power-packed entertainment, Around the world in 0.17 seconds, Broadcasting live in 3-2-1...read more about the HTC Evo 4G phone here.

Ask any techie, and you'll find out that they all would love to receive one, or more of these amazing technological gadgets...they're the hottest gifts of 2010 in the U.S. and around the globe.
