Sunshine Red
Going for a job interview can be stressful, you are wondering what kind of questions that they will ask and how you should answer them. There are some common questions that get asked more of often than any others and the answers you give to these questions can determine if you get a the job or not. Here are 5 of the most common questions that interviewers ask during a job interview.

1. What are your weak points? This question should be answered with a weakness that you have, but is also common to other people. So if you would answer I hate leaving things unfinished. This is common to allot of people and then tell how you are learning to walk away and come back to it the next day.

2. Tell us about your strengths. Everyone has strengths. If you are not sure what your greatest strengths are ask some friends and co workers what they consider your strengths are. Words like honesty, integrity, communication skills, dedication, should be used here.

3. What did you dislike about your last boss? This one you don't want to answer negativity. You don't want to criticize him or tell them what you really think about your last boss. Tell them that you wish that he would of found the time to really get to know his co-workers if you are pressed for an answer.

4. Why are you leaving your last position? Again you don't want to be negative in the answer, you can say that you want more challenges, more responsibility, or that you just want a career change if you are changing careers. The answer always should be to better yourself to learn more and newer skills.

5. Tell me about a time you had a problem with a co-worker or boss and how you handled it. This one they are looking to see how you handle conflict. They want to know that you are not going to call the labor board and if you follow the chain of command to resolve a problem. The answer that they are really looking for is that you spoke with the person first then if it didn't get resolved that you went to someone above them or to human resource to resolve the problem.

These are some of the most common questions that they ask in interviews. The key thing to remember is that you should be prepared with some answers for anything that they ask you. Never answer with a negative answer. If you have to give a negative answer, always add something positive to go right after that.

This is your first chance to make a good impression on a company, prepare yourself for these questions and increase your chance of getting that position.
