After 20 years as a stay-at-home mom, I recently joined the ranks of the working crowd. It was quite an adjustment to say the least. However, I found some websites that were a great help with finding the places that would be appropriate for me to send resumes and applications to. The following are a few of these sites. I found all of them very user-friendly and manageable to utilize.

This site is as helpful for employers looking to fill positions and those that are job hunting as well. You'll have the ability to post your resume as an applicant, and employers can post they're needs regarding prospective applicants. It even lists advice for those who own small businesses.

Here's a great Yahoo site that has quite a variety of tabs that provide workflow, which in turn provides great assistance to each user. You can search related job categories and find out job descriptions, as well as locations.
