You can usually rent a four-season cabin for cheaper in the colder months. Enjoy the unique views of a frozen lake or ask about local ice fishing competitions if you are a sporty couple. Pack plenty of food and beverages in case you get snowed in.

Playing in the Snow
Relive your childhood together by building a snowman or fort together. Get other couples together for a snow castle competition or good old fashioned boys versus girls snowball fight. Have some hot chocolate, hot apple cider or your other favorite beverages that are served warm ready to make as soon as you get inside.

Stay Home
Build a fire or run a hot bubble bath for two. Read a sexy romance novel to each other out loud. Create pictures with thimbles in the frost on the windows. Cook an elaborate candle light meal together in the kitchen. Bundle up and grab a blanket for two to sit on the porch with a couple cups of flavored coffee and enjoy the silence.
