This album will feature musical appearances by Busta Rhymes, Shawn Stockman (Boyz II Men), Mary J. Blige, Jadakiss, and Dre (Cool and Dre). The first single from the album titled "Cue the Rain" was already released in 2009. This dance-filled track features emotional lyrics. If this first song is any indication, this album is going to be one of the hottest for this artist/actress.

This album will be the first released on Trick's own label Dunk Ryders Records, since leaving Slip n' Slide Records. This album will feature 20 tracks, including the first single off the album titled "Why They Jock". The first track off the album features collaborations with Ice Berg and Murk Camp. The song is dedicated to the "haters" that criticized Trick Daddy. This album is set to be another major success for Trick Daddy.

The follow-up to the original album Relapse, will be released sometime in the 4th quarter of 2009. On Relapse 2, Eminem and Dr. Dre will collaborate again on yet another phenomenal album. According to Rolling Stone Magazine, Eminem has been quoted as saying the new album, "will let everyone get the best stuff". Eminem and Dr. Dre have been recording over 200 songs which will be showcased on Relapse 2 as well as more albums to follow.

The Roots will release their forthcoming album from Def Jam Records on October 20, 2009. This album has a funkier beat than on previous albums. The self-titled track, "How I Got Over" has a funkier beat than previous tracks from the famed musicians. The self-titled track was featured on Jimmy Fallon's late night talk show on June 24, 2009. If the first track is any indication, the album will be another hit for these long-time musicians.
