Eiffel Tower Restaurant
The Eiffel Tower Restaurant is located atop the Paris Las Vegas Eiffel Tower Replica. A glass elevator takes guests to the eleventh floor, where the restaurant sits looking down on the Vegas strip with views of the Las Vegas Valley and the dancing water show located across the street at the Bellagio.
The restaurant is open for dinner Sunday through Thursday from 5:30 PM to 10 PM, and on Fridays and Saturdays from 5:30 PM to 11 PM with the bar open from 5 PM until Midnight.
Entrees at the restaurant range from Lobster Thermidor or Slow Roasted Filet of Atlantic Salmon with Pinot Noir Sauce to Organic Chicken Roasted and Braised with Fine Herbs or Roasted Rack of Lamb with Tarragon Jus. Entrees average in price around $35 each.

Canaletto
The Canaletto at the Venetian Resort Hotel and Casino is another very romantic restaurant with the dining room offering breathtaking views of the Grand Canals and the gondolas passing by.
The Canaletto specializes in Italian food with a wide variety of fresh baked breads and a vintage wine list. Entrees at the Canaletto average in price for around $25 each.
Lunch and dinner is served at the Canaletto with the restaurant being open Sunday through Thursday from 11:30 AM to 11 PM, and Friday through Saturday from 11:30 AM until midnight.

Top of the World Restaurant
The Top of the World Restaurant is located atop the Stratosphere tower and offers guests a rotating three hundred and sixty degree view of the Las Vegas strip. Not only does the restaurant offer a great view with a great atmosphere the food there is nothing to sneeze at, as the Top of the World Restaurant is considered to be one of the ten best gourmet restaurants in all of America.
This restaurant offers traditional steakhouse cuisine with entrees averaging in price for around $25 each.
The Top of the World Restaurant is open for brunch or lunch from 11 AM to 3 PM daily and dinner available 5:30 PM to 10:30 PM Sunday through Thursday and from 5:30 PM to 11 PM Friday through Saturday.

Nobu is a modern Japanese restaurant located at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino and is considered to be one of the best restaurants in Vegas. Nobu attracts a very hip and trendy crowd and is sure to impress.

Le Cirque Restaurant is located at the Bellagio and is one of the classiest restaurants that Vegas has to offer. The dining room at Le Cirque offers a spectacular view of the Bellagio Fountains for its guests.
