Top 5 Sarah Palin Quotes that Prove She's a Sharp Cookie!
The Leftist, Pinko, Commie Liberal Media Lead by Keith Olberman Don't Want You to Read This!
Oh, there are so many things that we could say about former Governor, Sarah Palin. Not the least of which would be her foreign affairs strategy for the 21st century or perhaps her domestic policy and her strong adherence to the Bush Doctrine.
It goes without saying that Sarah Palin was portrayed as a bumbling fumbling hick from Wasilla, Alaska. The media certainly took their shots in an attempt to discredit the former Vice Presidential candidate. Yet it is clear that the person most responsible for both wrecking and then making Sarah Palin is Sen. John McCain.
All this is ancient history but just to set the record straight I'd like to simply quote Sarah Palin and allow her to state her case in her own well chosen words. So, for your reading pleasure I present the top 10 Sarah Palin quotes.
Sarah Palin is often portrayed as not knowing her geography and as our first Palin quote shows us, this is absolutely not untrue.
1, "They are also building schools for the Afghan children so that there is hope and opportunity in our neighboring country of Afghanistan." --Sarah Palin, speaking at San Francisco fund-raiser, Oct. 5, 2008.
Sarah Palin is also accused of not knowing American history and the following quote should prove to everyone that this is patently & obviously certainly not untrue.
2, "Well, let's see. There's ― of course in the great history of America there have been rulings that there's never going to be absolute consensus by every American, and there are those issues, again, like Roe v. Wade, where I believe are best held on a state level and addressed there. So, you know, going through the history of America, there would be others but ―" --Sarah Palin attempting to answer which other Supreme Court rulings she disagrees with aside from Roe v. Wade.
Sarah Palin is also notably outspoken about healthcare reform and in the following quote she shows us once and for all that she is quite astute when it comes to healthcare.
3, "The America I know and love is not one in which my parents or my baby with Down Syndrome will have to stand in front of Obama's 'death panel' so his bureaucrats can decide, based on a subjective judgment of their 'level of productivity in society,' whether they are worthy of health care. Such a system is downright evil." --Sarah Palin, in a message posted on Facebook about Obama's health care plan. For those of you perplexed by this quote, there never was a provision for "Death Panel's". There was never even a proposal that there should be, or ever have been "death panel's" in American History.
Truth be known, we actually owe a debt of gratitude to Sarah Palin for protecting us from Russia.
4, "As Putin rears his head and comes into the air space of the United States of America, where- where do they go? It's Alaska. It's just right over the border." --Sarah Palin, stating the reason as Alaska's proximity to Russia which gives her foreign policy experience. Credit: Interview with CBS's Katie Couric, Sept. 24, 2008.
It's obvious that the reason why Sarah Palin quit her duties as Governor were because watching Putin & Russia 24 hours a day, 7 days a week would wear out anyone. Good for you Sarah, you deserve a break from watching Putin and he deserves a break from being watching by you.
If you thought that Sarah Palin's knowledge of law only extended to Roe v. Wade then you are sorely mistaken and possibly a leftist, pinko, liberal democrat commie like Keith Olbermann. As you can see in this next quote, Palin explains how the law would apply to her if she had become President of the United States.
5, "I think on a national level your Department of Law there in the White House would look at some of the things that we've been charged with and automatically throw them out." --Sarah Palin, discussing a department of the US. Government that does not exist while at the same time attempting to explain why as president she wouldn't be subjected all the same types of laws and ethics investigations that resulted in her resignation from the office of governor of Alaska, ABC News interview, July 7, 2009.
There you have it, the top five quote from the former governor of Alaska, Sarah Palin. I hope you'll check out my next article in this series in which Sarah Palin discusses wild life and her encounter with "Bigfoot", I presume she was not talking about Todd.
As for Keith Olbermann, I'm keeping an eye on you, so you best watch yourself and your P's and Q's, and possibly the rest of the alphabet too.
