When you are a new teacher, there are a number of challenges. For one, you are getting acquainted with the many learning styles of your students. And secondly, you are trying to find a way to provide a safe learning environment. In addition, you have to try to keep as organized as possible because if one thing gets out of hand, not only will your students' learning environment be altered, you will suffer stress beyond belief. So if you can avoid unnecessary stress and to provide an optimal learning environment for your students, you will want to employ these five new teacher tech tips.

1. Use Safe Search. Using Safe search is one of the most important technology tips for new teachers that you want to employ because while the web is awesome in that it is full of information, students can accidentally run into a number of toxic things, such as porn or sites leading to child predators. Safe Search, on the other hand, will still permit your students to search and find all of the information they need, but you will not have to worry about them running into anything that is unwholesome or of a threatening nature. Safe Search enables students to learn in a safe environment, while giving you the peace of mind that your students are free from exposure to toxic elements.

2. Use Educational Games. Using educational games is the second most important of the tech tips for new teachers because the best way for children to learn is through play. Children are hands on, and being that this is the case, it is difficult for them to sit still for long periods of time staring at textbooks, unless reading is a passion. Rather than trying to find out who has a passion for reading, which can cause valuable time to be lost, why not use games to teach children important things that they need to know. All children love to play games because they are fun, and the competitive edge fuels them to want to play more and take in knowledge. Best of all, your students will be proud of the things they learn, thus will want to show off their newfound knowledge to everyone they can.

3. Integrate the Computer into Everyday Learning. Many people still think that the computer is a negative thing to expose children to; however, this is far from the case. The computer should be integrated into all aspects of learning for a number of reasons. For one, we live in the age of information. Being that this is the case, it is important for children to learn everything they can about computers, so they can be successful. If children are kept from technology and get a late start, they will not have the best success possible. Because you do not want to hinder your student and because you want them to develop to their fullest potential, you will need to be creative and find ways to integrate the computer into everyday learning. In addition to your students learning and developing to their fullest potential, the computer can be used to conveniently show your students important things they need to know in a creative way. For example, Google Maps can be used to help your students learn geography, and other programs and websites can be used to teach your students various aspects of history and science.

4. Teach Your Students Computer Skills. This new teacher tech tip goes hand in hand with integrating the computer into everyday learning. Above, we discussed the importance of seeing to it that your students have exposure to the computer. But along with the exposure, they must be thought how to properly use the computer, so they do not mess it up by improperly using it and they can use it effectively and efficiently. When students learn how to properly use the computer, and when they have the skills that they need to accomplish a great number of tasks, many opportunities can be afforded to them in the present and in the future.

5. Use Computer Programs to Keep Organized. This is one of the most important technology tips for new teachers that you will definitely want to employ because if you lack organization, it will affect every aspect of your teaching career. For one, you may give the wrong students the wrong grades. Another thing that can happen is that you may forget to cover certain parts of the curriculum that are vital for your students' success. To prevent any of these things from happening, you will want to invest in using certain programs to keep everything in order. Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel are good programs that you can used to get started.

I saw your post on the forums and decided to drop by. Perhaps you should spice up your works with a bit more imaginative wording :). I can't seem to find many errors with the structure, just the style and the wording seem a bit old-school
