You may feel that you need a style boost, but don't know exactly what you should change. You may desire to change your outward appearance, but you feel irritated by your lack of progress. Using natural ways to cleanse your body and nourish your skin can help you not only look younger, but feel better. Here are some tips to help you look younger.

Colon Cleanse

Make it your first goal to deep clean your body from the inside out. Many of us would never serve a roast prepared in a dirty oven. The dirt in the oven may seep into the roast and change its taste and appearance. You would never want to present the world with a meal that was prepared in a gross environment. Think for a minute about your body. Y our elimination system was designed to work two to three times a day. If you are not having a bowel movement at least once a day you are very toxic. Your body can not receive all of the nutrients you need, when your colon is clogged. If your stomach is distended and hard, you may simply need a colon cleanse. Look for a gentle colon cleanser that you can take at the end of each season.

Raw Food Diet

Another approach you can try to improve your looks is to go on a modified raw food diet. Simply Eat raw fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds at breakfast and lunch. Have a normal dinner with your family or friends in the evening. Eating these raw foods will give your body enzymes, nourishment, and encourage frequent elimination. For faster results you can eliminate fruit and increase your intake of raw vegetables and deep sea vegetables in your meals and snacks.

White Foods

Make an honest effort to stop eating white sugar, white flour, and salt. This includes table sugar used in sweet tea. Do not eat breads, crackers, or processed products that contain white flour. Instead of regular table salt upgrade to sea salt. It is found in regular grocery stores, and is slightly more expensive.

Cold Pressed Oils

Instead of corn oil or plain vegetable oils, use cold pressed oils. Look for cold pressed olive oil, grape seed oil, or coconut oil to use in food. These same oils can be used to oil wash your face or any part of your part that you want to look younger.

Begin the start of each day by planning it before hand. Plan your meals and snacks so that you can give your body what it needs to heal itself. You simply may have not been giving your body enough antioxidants and raw enzymes to repair your body. Use these tips consistently to look years younger in a few weeks.
