Here are five of my favorite blogs with wedding and bridal advice, photos and events recaps.
Offbeat Bride provides with "advice, photos and alternative wedding inspiration." It's written by Ariel Meadow Stallings, a Seattle author, who in 2007 wrote an amazing book "Offbeat Bride: Creative Alternatives for Independent Brides". This bride blog is simply perfect for those, who want to stray from the traditional path and show a bit more of their personality during the event. For me, the new and different ideas offered there inspire amazing, original solutions.
If you want something a bit more traditional, Classic Bride is somewhere you should definitely stop by (or, if you're like me, visit on a regular basis). This wedding blog is all about inspiration, posting photos, commentaries, and ideas for that special day. Even if you want a traditional wedding, it doesn't mean it has to be typical or boring. Classic Bride provides beautiful photos and ideas that still have original vibe to them.
Another place to find your bridal inspirations is Style Me Pretty, which is one of the biggest websites for brides, wedding tips and other. But it's not just a blog. Great thing about this website is that it's more of a community, bringing all brides together. I love that it shows you real weddings, but also offer wedding inspirations and (my favorite part of the entire website) DIY projects for your wedding.
Moving to the next blog on my top 5 list... For me, visiting The Bridal Bar blog is like watching wedding porn. The amount of photos of wedding dresses, wedding decorations, events recaps, venue reviews simply makes your head spin. If you're not careful, you can spend hours and hours just browsing through the posting history on this bridal blog.
And the last (but not least) is the Wedding Bells blog. It heavily focuses on wedding dresses, and wedding dress designs, but it also covers creative wedding ideas and all things connected to planning a wedding.
The best thing about all of those blogs is that they all offer links to other places on the Internet, where you can find even more ideas for your perfect wedding, which is only a click away.
