Top 5 White Wines for Summer

Phantom Rose
Many people like to sip on a glass of wine while lying out by the pool. If you're a wine lover who wants to know the best summer wines, then here's the list for you. Here's a guide to the top five summer wines that will make your summer experiences fantastic.
  1. Arbor Mist Exotic Fruits White Zinfandel. This is a light, white wine that consists of classic white zinfandel, raspberry, lime, and plum. This is a blend of naturally tart fruit and semi-dry wine. It's refreshing and light and will quench your thirst in the summer months while tasting good at the same time. This stuff is best served chilled. And the cheapest place to buy it is at Winn Dixie. It's only about five bucks for a small bottle there.
  2. Arbor Mist Melon White Zinfandel. This is another light white wine by Arbor Mist. Again, it is made with the traditional white zinfandel but spiced up with flavors of melon, cantaloupe, and honeydew. This is a light, fruity drink that's best when served completely cold. Again, Arbor Mist brands are cheapest at Winn Dixie. The small bottles are approximately five dollars, whereas the larger ones are eight.
  3. Oak Leaf Chardonnay. This white wine is extremely budget friendly and one of the more drinkable chardonnays. This is a mixture of sliced green apples, pears, and oak. Although there is a hint of an apple and pear taste, mostly what hits your palate is oak. This is a more traditional sort of wine. It's not very sweet but woodier. However, it's sold at Wal-Mart for a very cheap price of only two dollars, so it's a deal and a half.
  4. Wild Vines Strawberry White Zinfandel. This is yet another white zinfandel, but white zinfandel is one of the best summer wines because it's light and usually powered with a fruity taste. Wild Vines Strawberry White Zinfandel is a blend of white zinfandel and strawberries. This stuff is great for people who like sweeter wines and would rather taste sweet strawberries than the alcohol itself. Plus, this is another economical wine which sells for only about four dollars at Save-A-Lot for a small bottle. The larger size is about seven bucks.
  5. Gallo White Zinfandel. Gallo offers a great line of wines, especially white wines. This particular one is great because it offers a perfect balance between white zinfandel, strawberries, and white peaches. It's nice and light but not too sweet or too tart. It's sweetness and acidity is perfectly balanced. Plus, it's a nice price of about five dollars a bottle and can be purchased at Save-A-Lot, Winn Dixie, Wal-Mart and other stores for about the same price.
Those are the top five summer white wines. They are all nice and light and a refreshing summer retreat.
