Bowling Green, Kentucky is a city with many attractions and offers visitors several campgrounds to choose from when visiting. Here are three great Bowling Green campgrounds that offer something for everyone in the family.

Beech Bend Campground

Beech Bend is a popular amusement park in Bowling Green and also offers visitors it's own campground. Beech Bend offers over five hundred sites in a wooded setting. All of the sites but the few along the Barren River are pull through sites. About two hundred and fifty of the sites offer full hookups.

The campground offers visitors complimentary wireless internet service, along with modern bath houses and laundry facilities.

Bowling Green KOA

The Bowling Green KOA is a premier campground that offers visitors a wide variety of activities. Among the many things the Bowling Green KOA has to offer are a catch and release fishing lake, eighteen hole miniature golf course, Friday night hayrides, game room, swimming pool, over night stabling for horses, and paddle boat rentals.

The campground is located across the street from one of the largest parks in Warren County, and offers on-site laundry facilities.

There are ninety-six sites that are pull through, and sixty-two of those sites can accommodate a sixty-five foot long RV. RV sites range in price from $28 to $48 per night while tent sites range in price from $25 to $28 per night.

Barren River Lake State Resort Park

This Kentucky State Park campground offers visitors a ninety-nine site campground that offers utility hook-ups at each site. The campground is open to visitors from Mid-March until Mid-November.

The campground at Barren River Lake is pet friendly and offers visitors shower houses and on-site laundry facilities. Outside of the campground but inside of the park visitors can enjoy bike trails, golfing, a swimming beach, boat rentals, fishing, hiking trails, a horse stable, and horse riding trails.

Several of the camp sites are pull-through, while many are back-in. All sites include electrical hookups.

Campsites at Barren River Lake State Resort Park are $19 per night Sunday through Thursday, $21 per night on Fridays and Saturdays, and $23 per night on holidays.
