Top Chef Winners: Where Are They Now?

What are some of the Top Chef winners up to now? Well, Harold Dieterle, who lives in New York, opened up his own restaurant called Perilla, located on 9 Jones Street, New York. Here are the eight entrees on his menu. Wow, they sound so good. I will have to visit his restaurant whenever I'm in New York.

Roasted Organic Chicken - asparagus, hazelnuts & apricot puree

Pan Roasted Halibut -- chanterelles, corn & spicy shellfish sauce

Sautéed Skate Wing -- pastrami, cabbage & warm mustard sauce

Grilled Colorado Lamb Loin -- parsnip mousseline, red chard & cippolini onions

Grilled Angus Strip Steak -- escarole, bacon & sweet onion-horseradish sauce

Roasted Local Black Sea Bass -- edamame falafel, pickled radish & tahini-lemon sauce

Roasted Duckling -- mustard greens, corn pudding & huckleberries

Summer Truffle Ravioli -- sheep's milk ricotta, forest mushrooms & peas

Stephen Asprinio is working on opening his own restaurant in West Palm Beach ,Florida. It is a contemporary and modern restaurant that will feature a lounge, bar, and outdoor dining for lunch and dinner. He also teamed up with Livernano to open a wine boutique.

Andrea Beaman teaches cooking classes and works as a natural nutritionist and holistic health counselor. She has her own cookbooks that focus on healthy and organinc cooking. She is working on DVDs on preparing healthy foods.

Tiffani Faison works as a private chef and consultant and is thinking about opening her own restaurant.

Miguel Morales works as a sous chef at Mandarin Oriental in New York City and when he's not working, he does charity work including many autism organizations and the good shepherd service.

Elia Aboumrad is Executive Chef at THEhotels Tower at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas. She is engaged and planning on getteing married.

Carlos Fernandez is the Co-Owner of and Executive Chef of the Hi-Life Cafe' in Fort Lauderdale.

Betty Fraser still owns her restaurant Grub in Hollywood ,Ca and her catering company. She is going to grocery stores trying to get them to get some of her restaurant's food items on their shelves. She also judged at a cooking competition.

Sam Talbot is a consulting Executive Chef in New York City. He has spent time traveling to wine and food shows. Sam is a diabetic and works with junior Diabetics Foundation. He also helps out with the "Chefs for a cure" event.

Marcel Vigneron left his job as a Master Cook at Joel Robuchon after appearing on the second season of Top Chef. Vigneron is working on a couple of side projects including a book.

That is my research on 10 past celebrities from Top Chef and what they are doing now.
