Top Christmas Gifts for Him

2008 Gift Guide for Men

Mike C.
Wondering what to buy those men on your shopping list this Christmas? Check out these hot items:

Playstation 3 Console - Maybe you can run up with one of these new Playstation consoles to give him for Christmas - Every store I've walked into is still sold out, but there are a few new and refurbished ones available online. The Playstation 3 has been out since 2006 but it is such a great console that it remains extremely popular today. It has online gaming capability and is able to play Blu Ray DVDs as well. Expect a price between $350 to $400.

Ipod - Ipods have also been out for quite some time, but they remain a high selling item. I think the question now is "who doesn't have an Ipod". So if the male on your shopping list doesn't yet have an Apple Ipod, you should really think about getting him one. They will hold tons of his mp3s and photos. He can listen to his favorite tunes while jogging, lounging around the house, or in his car. They are still being sold for $70 to past $200 depending on the size and type of Ipod you purchase.

Blackberry Storm - If you have a few hundred dollars to spend and your husband likes the newest in phones, take a look at the Blackberry Storm. It features a LCD touch screen, email, camera, video recording, media player, GPS, and maps to name a few. The Storm is 4.43" tall and 2.45" wide so its easy to carry around. In the United States, the Blackberry Storm is available from Verizon Wireless.

Braun Syncro Pro Shaver - A shaver, what a classic gift. This particular Braun shaver will easily remove stubble and leave him with an extremely smooth face. The shaver features a tripe shaving system with a 4-way moving head. It has a 3- minute quick charge if he's in a hurry, a 1-hour normal charge which gives about an hour of shave time. It also has an automatic cleaner. The Braun Syncro Pro Shavers cost around $100 to $150.

Mug Warmer - Your husband, son, nephew sits down at his office desk with his morning cup of coffee. With this gadget, he can sit his cup down on the warmer and not worry about his drink getting cold. Its cord plugs into a 120 volt outlet, and the warmer itself has an off and on switch and an indicator light to remind him its still on (or off). These mug warmers retail about $10 to $20.
