You may have asked yourself: what is so good about these organic foods, anyways? Surely there must be some reason why these so-called "organic" foods are suddenly so popular. Well, here are the top ten reasons why you should start introducing some organic foods into your diet:

Organic Foods Are Healthy
The reason why certain foods get to be labeled organic is because they are free of residues from pesticides, antibiotics, synthetic fertilizers, additives and preservatives used in conventional agriculture that can damage the body by altering metabolic functions. Some dengenerative diseases are also caused by foods treated with such additives.

Synthetic additives can cause health problems such as heart failure, osteoporosis, migraines and hypersensitivity. Biological products respect the natural rhythms of the body are balanced and rich in nutrients.
