Dale Miller
Have you ever competed against someone in a well recognized sport such as Golf, Baseball, Softball, Bowling or Tennis? If you have, then you probably heard some interesting excuses coming from your opponent's mouth when they faced losing to you. Sports are great for getting exercise and great for competition. Although, it does take away from your victorious moment of winning when your opponent says something to cover up a reason why they didn't win against you. I've come up with the top 15 excuses made by the losing competitors in all known sports. The top 15 excuses for losing in Sports include:

15. I really shouldn't have eaten so much for lunch. My food hasn't had time to digest yet.

14. My legs feel like rubber. I don't know where all my energy went.

13. My uncle is in the hospital and I've been spending a lot of time there and haven't been able to get a good sleep.

12. There's too many shadows from the light. It really is difficult to see well.

11. If I had new equipment instead of this old stuff things would be different.

10. There was a traffic jam and I didn't get a chance to use the bathroom.

9. My kid has been distracting me and not behaving that's why I couldn't concentrate.

8. It's too hot and humid out or too cold out.

7. That was just a warm up game right?

6. Someone was throwing my game off when they were talking and I lost concentration.

5. I had to end it early because I have to be home at eight to watch American Idol.
