Top Fall Fashion Must-Haves for 2011

On Trend and on Budget

M. Schneider
It doesn't have to be hard, or expensive to spice up your wardrobe this fall. By simply adding a nail color, a scarf or even a hot pair of jeans, you could be on trend and still on budget.

Cranberry:
If you are a nude lipstick kinda girl, go bold this season with a cranberry colored lip. My favorite is M.A.C. lipstick in chili. It has a matte finish, so it looks like you've draped your lips in a cranberry, red velvet. If you have a lighter skin tone, a red-blue color will suit you best, like M.A.C. Ruby Woo. You will definitely want to play down the rest of your makeup with this bold lipstick. I recommend a very defined eyebrow and a brownish-gold, smoky eye but only where you would normally wear ear liner. For even more drama, find a similar color for your nails.

Colbalt Blue:
Blue was hot this spring, but it's going to be even hotter this fall. Add a dash of cobalt blue to your wardrobe with a scarf or even a handbag. The scarf will give more "pop" against colors like white, black and definitely red. This will also look fantastic on your nails. Chanel makes an amazing blue satin nail color, but hurry, it's a limited edition.

Combat Boots:
Yes, they were totally 90's but combat boots are making a come-back. The dirtier and chunkier the better. Paired with some boyfriend jeans that are cuffed at the bottom, this look is HOT. Lace-up boots might be a little more work, but they are totally worth it. Oh and buckles and belts on your boots... even better.

Colored Pants:
The skinny jean is on it's way out the door until it's next revival. While some women (and men) are sad to see this trend fade away, I am not one of them. However, if you want to hold onto this skinny revelation, do so in a bright color. Urban outfitters has a rainbow of colors to choose from and some of them start as low as $58. The blue and red are two of my fall favorites.
