Top Five "Castle" Murderous Moments to Remember

Meet Castle. Richard Castle, that is. Castle is an mystery author who know the NYPD solve murders. He's interested in the stories that have a beginning, middle, and end. Only the end is the best part as that's where show's up and solves the murders; much to the Police Departments chagrin. That's Castle.

Meet Kate Beckett. She's a NYPD Homicide Detective. She's a touch cookie but Castle doesn't seem to have a problem trying to crack this savvy, beautiful investigator.

Every "Castle" episode seems to have it's own unique flavor. Whether Castle is stepping too close to the victim or showing up at the last second to solve the murder. Richard Castle has a way of creating drama and mystery at every turn. Let's take a look at some of the top murderous moments.

1.Kate Beckett appears to go up in flames.

This was the first part of a 2 part series. Castle calls Beckett to warn her and the cell phone triggers a bomb which blows up Beckett's apartment. This left Castle believing she was dead. A classic moment for the show.

2.The day Beckett re-opens her mothers case.

For Kate Beckett, re-opening her mothers case was the hardest thing she'd ever done. Castle was right there, helping, irritating, and standing buy her in typical Castle-form.

Richard Castle Quote: "Listen, it's a fact of life: people we love leave us. Unless you chain them to a radiator which for some reason is unreal."

3. A women was covered in flowers.

What murder could be better than a woman covered in flowers. Incidentally, this was Castle's first appearance on the show. Rose petals are the perfect cover for this murder.

Richard Castle Quote: "When I was your age I - wait. I can't tell that story. It's wildly inappropriate. Which, oddly enough, is my point. Don't you want wildly inappropriate stories that you can't tell your children?"

4.Castle is thought to be dead.

There was a moment when Beckett thought Castle was dead. That is, until she opened the door and saw him tied up and still alive. This moment captures there relationship to a T.

5.A murder could have voodoo ties.

Castle believes that there could be voodoo connections to the murder. It's now up to the NYPD team to figure out the clues. Castle, once again, uses his ingenious murder-solving tactics to solve another murder.

Martha Rogers Quote: "Why did you even marry her?"

Richard Castle Quote: "I don't know, Mother. Maybe because she reminded me of you."
