    Not to sound daft, but there are some flaws, when looking for a good gaming laptop I, being with the "industry" for a couple few years find that a good sound card with headphones beats out the more expensive speaker upgrades any day. Also with the only system that is optimized for ATI being the Source Engine, it is less practical to look at an ATI card over an NVidia, as price point comparison ATI tends to have a better GPU pipeline, but at the cost of Graphical Memory, which tends to hurt gaming and leans more towards graphics design. For portability (because these things don't really have battery life) I would much rather go with a good, home-built Mini-ATX case and cut the cost in roughly half for the same parts.
