Out of all the holidays when people choose to send flowers, Valentine's Day is the biggest. And it's obvious why. For many people, a perfect Valentine's Day includes dinner, chocolates, and flowers. These three florists can help you by putting together a beautiful bouquet for that very special person in your life.

Cebolla Fine Flowers lives up to their name. Whereas most floral designers are content to copy the designs that are available nationwide through some mass association, Cebolla's offers only unique designs. They offer arrangements for every budget, ranging from their Petite Cebolla Creations starting at $15 to their Grand Cebolla Creations, which cost up to $450. The grand creations offer such unique touches as handmade pottery or vintage pieces, and are truly works of art. They also offer special touches, such as handwriting on a French card. There are gifts available in store, and you can pick up some candy as a Valentine's Day gift at the same time you get a floral arrangement. They offer many things you won't see elsewhere, and you might just be inspired to buy a Valentine's Day wreath, rather than an arrangement or bouquet. Cebolla truly takes the time to make each piece a masterpiece, and this is one store that should be remembered when you are looking for a florist. Cebolla Fine Flowers is located at 4320 Lovers Lane & Douglas. Their phone number is (214)369-7673.

Gordon Boswell Flowers is a store that is located in Fort Worth. They are affiliated with FTD, but they tend to do most of their own decorations, rather than relying on somebody else's catalog. One of their most interesting bouquets is made of peach roses and baby's breath, set with various types of greenery. The thing that makes it so unique is that it also has peacock feathers mixed into the floral arrangement. Although most of their bouquets can be sent throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth metro area, this particular arrangement is so unusual that they cannot deliver it outside of their local area. Another exceptional one consists of roses, ivy, and curly branches in a small bowl. Most of their floral arrangements are not so exciting, but they do have one benefit over the competition. Their traditional rose bouquets are good quality and reasonably priced. Gordon Boswell flowers is located at 1220 Pennsylvania Avenue and 6200 Camp Bowie Boulevard in Fort Worth, and the phone number is (817)332-2265.

Dr. Delphinium does not have a huge selection, but they do have a unique one. They are not afraid to combine flowers that many people would say are too dark for Valentine's Day with showier red tulips, to create a more sophisticated floral arrangement. Another that they offer is called "Open Arms" which features a row of tulips arranged so that it looks like they are reaching out over the sides of their vase with open arms. Their main store is located at 5806 W. Lovers Lane, and their phone number is (214)522-9911. They also have a store in Northpark Center between Neiman Marcus and Tiffany's.

Regardless of which florist you choose, make sure to order early. Because it is such a big holiday for florists, they often run out of flowers before Valentine's Day, and those who wait until the last minute have to go without. Also, take some time to learn the meaning of the flowers you are giving or sending. It makes the moment even more special when you lean close to them and tell them the romantic meaning of that red rose, which means "I love you". Otherwise, you might embarrass yourself by sending yellow roses to someone you care deeply for. This would not be so romantic, because yellow roses mean "friendship".
