The first thing that jumps out at me is all though Craft steaks is one of Las Vegas finest restaurant it's also a vegetarians dream with more vegetables on the menu then meat. Chef Tom Colicchio insists on the finest ingredients from a series of small family farms and other venues. Chef Tom Colicchio's philosophy is simply--simple is better. While Craft works welcomes vegetarians, the mainstay is grilled Kobe steak, Craft steaks also offers Lobster Bisque, and Braised Short Ribs. The dress code is business casual ,and reservations are highly recommended.
