Yoga can help one to relax and become flexible. It can even balance female hormones and decrease the desire to smoke. Weight loss and toning are other benefits of yoga.
Four yoga exercises are supreme when it comes to helping women feel sexy, and enhancing their sexual experience.
#1 Cat-Cow Sequence
The cat-cow sequence helps warm up the spine, hips and bottom. This sequence looks and feels sensual. Learn how to do the cat-cow sequence by watching a tutorial. In addition to the traditional forward and backward movement, try moving side to side in the cat pose. Close your eyes and relax, allowing your mind to daydream. Search for your feminine feline. Are you a cuddly cheetah, luring leopard or a tempting tiger?
#2 Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskara)
Sun salutation helps build stamina that is needed in the bedroom. It also improves body bodhi and flexibility. Bodhi is a Sanskrit and Poli word meaning enlightenment. Try doing 108 repetitions. Learn how to do sun salutation by viewing an instructional video. Welcome the sun with a salutation.
#3 Bound Angle Pose (Baddha Konasana)
Baddha Konasana stretches the hips, inner thighs and groins. In addition, it aids in bringing new sensitivity to the root chakra, located near the bottom of the spine and the perineum. When practiced daily, the bound angle pose can amplify sexual pleasure by tightening the pelvic floor.
#4 Seated Forward Bend (Paschimottanasana)
The seated forward bend encourages one to look inward. The point is to work through any uncomfortable emotions that this may bring about. As you learn to relax and trust your personal passions, you can learn to do the same with another person in the bedroom. Stretch your spine, shoulders and hamstrings while becoming confident and secure about yourself.
Once you feel comfortable performing this exercise on your own, allow a partner to press against your lower back and pelvis. Have him or her add soft pressure to encourage the spine and tailbone to elongate away from the torso.
Try all of the exercises, one after the other. Remember to perform several repetitions of the cat-cow sequence and sun salutation.
Relax your mind and body, and gain the added benefit of feeling more sexy. Once you convince yourself that you are sexy, your special someone will notice your self-confidence. Your confidence will make you more attractive and approachable.
