1. Be prepared for all of the movies that give you nightmares to come to life. You can chose to enter Jigsaw's secret lair or the home of Michael Myers, experience a scene from "My Bloody Valentine" or enter if you dare the twisted carnival funhouse of "Chucky". 2. Mickey's Trick-or-Treat Party and Disney's California Adventure: This fun Halloween event will be right next door to Disneyland with a separate admission for nights throughout October. 3. Fright Fest at Six Flags Magic Mountain (661) 255-4100: Every Friday and Saturday nights throughout October, the park will offer its already frightening rides with the lights off, in the dark! Throw in some zombies and creepy mazes and you're sure to have a screaming good time. There will be a haunted house, a street party and interactive rides. 4. Knott's Scary Farm at Knott's Berry Farm: In addition to all the rides and entertainment, they will offer scary mazes with actors set to spook the guests and lots of other scary fun. 5. The Queen Mary Shipwreck Halloween Terror Fest (562) 435-3511: This famous and possibly already haunted cruise ship will be transformed for Halloween. 6. Hollywood is sure to offer plenty of creepy sites, including private tours if you so choose. The "Haunted Hollywood Tour" will take you to the sites of scandal and the most famous murders around Hollywood. For more information please visit www.hauntedhollywoodtours.com.

7. Old Town Haunt in Pasadena: Just North of Los Angeles you can find Pasadena, which will have plenty of scary things in store for Halloween. In Old Town Pasadena you will find the oldest standing structure that is believed to be haunted by ghosts from murders at the location. 8. Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios Hollywood: Every weekend throughout October there will be scary rides, shows, even mazes and creepy actors roaming the park.
