Barney's Halloween Party (2009) - Barney helps decorate the school gym for a Halloween party while Baby Bop and BJ have fun trick-or-treating. After getting lots of treats, Baby Bop and BJ go back to the school to find Barney and friends waiting with more surprises.

Dora the Explorer: Dora's Halloween (2009) - This DVD offers two movies in one. In one, Dora flies on her broomstick through a scary pumpkin patch to help a little monster find his way back home. In the other, Dora helps hunt for a wizard's magic wand that has gone missing.

Coraline (2009) - This animated film tells a story about family relationships. Coraline lives in the middle of nowhere and finds a hidden door in her bedroom. When she unlocks the door she finds a strange "other world" with different parents and friends. But set to spooky music and creepy backgrounds, this movie can be both captivating and frightening.

Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince (2009) - While any of the Harry Potter movies in the series can make good Halloween movies, this is the latest and is full of witches, wizards, flying broomsticks and lots of creepy effects. In Harry's now sixth year at his school, Hogwarts, he finds a book that claims to belong to the "Half Blood Prince". This book helps him with his potions class and he starts to discover more about Lord Voldemort's secret and dark past.

Spookley: The Square Pumpkin (2008) - Spookley is a square pumpkin who is often teased because of his abnormal shape. He becomes friends with 3 spiders who convince him he can still be the "pick of the patch". While still bullied and teased by the other pumpkins, a storm rolls in threatening to destroy the entire pumpkin patch. As the round pumpkins roll away toward the river, Spookley realizes that sometimes it is better to be square.

Scary Godmother: Halloween Spooktacular (2008) - A little girl named Hannah is eager to finally trick-or-treat alongside the big kids, but then her awful cousin Jimmy attempts to lock Hannah into the basement of a dark, scary house. The young girl is then saved by her "Scary Godmother" and taken to the greatest Halloween party she's even been to. It's an memorable night full of screams, bizarre pizza, and a plan for payback against her mean cousin Jimmy.
The Nightmare Before Christmas: Remastered (2008) - This Tim Burton classic is full of animation, fantasy, horror and comedy. The pumpkin king Jack Skellington who lives in Halloweentown discovers a strange and interesting other world called Christmastown. Jack decides to take over Christmas but all of his toys turn out to be scary and not liked by the children. Jack then decides he needs to rescue Santa Claus to save Christmas.
