Growing out your natural hair can be almost impossible without the correct know-how. That is why it is so important to learn from people who have already grown or are in the process of growing a healthy head of hair. Although genetics may sometimes play a role in hair growth many women are able to still grow a luscious mane of flowing locks with the proper maintenance and care. I would like to share with you some amazing You-Tube channels of natural women who have beat the odds and have successfully grown long beautiful hair.
This sista has an amazing You-Tube channel. She seems to be a really sweet, sincere lady who wants to show all women how to take care of their natural hair. She features some amazing styling techniques and basic hair care regimens. DearNaptural85 not only discusses hair in her videos she also features wonderful how-to make videos of things such as lip gloss. She also discusses with her watchers the importance of eating healthy in order to grow a healthy head of hair. I truly like her style and her videos. They are always short, informative and helpful. I would highly recommend checking her out!
This girl has an amazing head of natural hair. To tell you the truth, I almost lost hope in African American women ever being able to grow hair this long. She is truly an inspiration for natural girls and women who are trying to grow their hair to unimaginable lengths. Longhairdontcare2011's shows women how to style, care for, and grow their hair. Whenever I watch her videos, I become truly inspired that one day my hair could grow that long as well. Check her out for pure inspiration.
I so have a hair crush on Hair Crush. Her hair is pretty much the epitome of beautifully natural. This sista has long kinky locks flowing down past the middle of her back. Her hair tutorials include hair care products she uses to help her with growth and styling. She also offers her watchers information on how to prevent hair breakage, questions and answers, and how she cares for and maintains her gorgeous head of hair. If you want to be motivated to grow your hair, you have to stop by this girl's channel.
Kimmaytube's channel is awesome for sisters who are really into learning the science of taking care of their natural hair. Kimmaytube goes into complete detail about pH balance, diet, and caring for your natural hair. She continuously updates her subscribers with information on her own length checks. She even offers her viewers the recipe to her wonderful leave-in conditioner. Kimmaytube's channel is absolutely a must to stop by and visit if you want to know more about caring for your own natural hair.
I hope that these channels were of some help and guidance with your natural hair care journey God willing.
