Washington Lakes
http://washingtonlakes.com/
WaLakes used to be one of my favorite forums for the state of Washington. They have a very large forum with many subsections for different types of fishing. Washington Lakes also has a great Lakes Index, for most of the bodies of water in the area, along with a wonderful Fishing Reports section for each lake or river. Unfortunately, the board seems to be a little bit slow lately, but it is still a great forum for Washington anglers, particularly those in the Puget Sound and Seattle area.
iFish
http://www.ifish.net/
iFish covers angling in Oregon, and parts of southwest Washington on its large forum. The home page for the website is not the prettiest I've seen, but the forum itself is well-organized and nicely maintained. Moderation is fairly strict (real names are required, invasive species and catch 'n release discussions are not allowed, in order to prevent flame wars), but iFish has a wealth of information for those interested in Pacific NW angling. The community is very active, with loads of new posts appearing daily, so definitely check it out if you are fishing in Oregon.
NW Basser
http://www.nwbasser.com/
NW Basser mostly covers bass angling in the Portland/Vancouver area, along with smallmouth fishing in the Columbia River gorge. It has some great posts and has been around for a long time. Unfortunately, member turnover can be a problem, as many people sign up; post a couple of times, then disappear. Still, there is lots of excellent posts on different fishing spots in the region, so it is a great website for local bass anglers to visit.
Fishing Addicts NW
http://fishingaddictsnorthwest.com/
Fishing Addicts NW has a sweet website, lots of very informative articles (especially for those fishing in SW Washington state), but a very lackluster forum. It seems to have some quality posts, but just not enough of an active community to make it worthwhile. However, the board admins are very knowledgeable and usually answer post questions within a day, great bunch of guys. Some good bass fishing info for the SW Washington area too, worth reading up on if you have the time.
Piscatorial Pursuits
http://www.piscatorialpursuits.com
Piscatorial Pursuits covers all kinds of outdoor activities in the Pacific Northwest, including fishing. The fishing forum on their website is fairly large with lots of info on mainly Seattle-based fishing. Saltwater fishing, along with freshwater salmon and steelhead seem to be the favorites for this board.
WaFish
http://www.wafish.com/
One of the newest fishing forums dedicated to the Pacific Northwest, WA Fish is set up more like akin to a "online community" than a traditional internet forum. Bass angling really takes the cake here, although there are sizable sections for musky fishing and walleye fishing. I haven't used this forum much, mostly because I do not like the design, but it is one of the more popular forums for Washington state anglers.
Game Fishin'
http://www.gamefishin.com/
Game Fishin' has a great home page (one of the better designed ones for Pacific NW forums) and a nicely organized website. The forum is not as large as many of the other fishing forums covering the area, but it is worth visiting. It seems to be focused on coldwater angling, so warmwater fans (bass, panfish, catfish) might want to look elsewhere.
