Located next to the new Hilton Garden Inn. A Wisconsin Dells institution, the Del-Bar's opened as a log cabin with six booths, more than sixty years ago. In the 1950's extensive remodeling and renovation took place.The projects were undertaken by a protege of famous architect Frank Lloyd Wright, James Dresser. The prairie style restaurant has clean lines and customer designed lighting and furnishings. Even more important is the traditions of good food carried on by the family. The restaurant is famous for the Prime Aged steaks and genuine seafood.

Dinner entrees include coldwater lobster tails, broiled sea scallops, Alaskan Jumbo King Crab legs, seared ahi, pan fried walleye, seared seabass, char-broiled salmon, seafood alfredo, shrimp dejonge, tempura shrimp, killer jumbo shrimp, gone-in rib eye, New York strip, center-cut filet mignon, Amish chicken breast, chicken cordon bleu, chicken piccata, sauteed veal oscar, wiener schnitzel, roast Long Island Duck and Colorado lamb chops. After the scrumptious meal, relax over espresso, cappuccino and one of their homemade desserts. The fine wine list includes a selection of red and white wines, along with sparking wines, champagnes, ports and dessert wines.

Stunning atmosphere in steak house designed my Frank Lloyd Wright protege, James Dresser. The intimate atmosphere has stone hearth fireplaces, water features and an exhibition kitchen. The menu offers the highest standard of fine dining, with American cuisine. The emphasis is on great steaks, chops and fresh grilled seafood. Wood burning oven turns out appetizers, gourmet pizza and quesdillas. Entrees include: prime rib, New York strip, filet center cut, pan seared peppered filet, champignon brie filet, bone-in filet, T-bone, grilled lamb chops, barbequed baby back ribs, baked diver scallops, shrimp scampi, broiled lobster tail, Parmesan encrusted salmon, grilled salmon, veal piccata, chicken marsala and vegetarian fettuccine.

Delicious desserts includes bananas foster, crustless cheese cake, chocolate creme brulee, butter brickle crunch torte, pecan bourbon creme brulee, chocolate lava souffle and Kahlua & Bailey's mudslide torte. Award wining wine list with bottles ranges from $28 to $250. Field's is one of the only restaurants in American to serve their wine exclusively in "Riedel" crystal stemware from Austria.
