Best Selling NBA Jerseys

The 2008-2009 season is past the half way point so let's see who has the hottest selling NBA Jerseys this year...

Leading the way, and no surprise, is Kobe Bryant #24 for the Los Angeles Lakers. Kobe not only has the best selling jersey this year but he is the leading candidate for MVP 2008-2009.

Following Kobe Bryant is last years leader Kevin Garnett of the Boston Celtics. The Celtics national championship last year gave Garnett a leg up in the race for the number one NBA Jersey. He is trailing this year but we have some time left for him to reclaim his top spot.

At number three we have LeBron James of the Cleveland Cavaliers. It's no surprise that LeBron is one of the top sellers, however, it may be a surprise to some that he isn't number one. I'm sure a nice run at the championship this year could move him a notch or two on the list.

Sneaking in at number four is New Orleans Hornets point guard Chris Paul. Chris is a good guy and very popular. If he can keep the Hornets on a winning track he may have an opportunity to move up in the NBA Jersey race.

Hanging around in the fifth spot is Allen Iverson of the Detroit Pistons. Iverson is great basketball player and has always been one of the best sellers in jersey's no matter which team he is playing for at the time. Maybe the new haircut he was sporting at the NBA All Star game will help boost his sales and image.

And worth mentioning here is former Memphis Grizzly and current Los Angelse Laker Pau Gasol. Pau was very popular when in Memphis and his appeal seems to have carried over with him to Los Angeles. The big man from Spain not only has big feet but his jersey is a big seller as well.
