The first diaper on the list is Abena X+. As of now, these are the most absorbent diapers on the market, and they can last about twelve hours without needing a change, though, I do not ever recommend going that long. The fact that it lasts so long makes it an excellent overnight diaper, and it helps when on long trips where stops to change are sparse. These diapers come in sizes small, medium, and large, making it available for all. What's more, you'll definitely pay for them since they are of the highest quality. If price isn't an issue, definitely spend the money. You'll be grateful you did. Should you decide to use these diapers, you'll want to bear in mind that these diapers are puffy due to the extra super absorbent materials that are used, so you'll need clothes to accommodate such a fit. Don't worry, the diapers will not be seen so long as you wear jeans that are not too tight or low cut, dark colored clothes, or skirts and dresses if you are a female. I promise you that nobody will know you are wearing them but you.
The second diaper on the list is much thinner than the Abena X+, but they are still very absorbent. These diapers are the Molicare brand. They are made to hold out for an extensive amount of time, though, it will not hold quite as long as the Abena X+. The most I got out of them was eight to ten hours depending on how much I wet in them. Should you suffer from bowel incontinence, they will definitely work for you. Like the Abena brand that I mentioned above, these diapers can be found in small, medium, and large, however, they are not nearly as expensive. If you are looking for an extra absorbent diaper to last awhile, or through the night, that can be purchased at an affordable price, these are it.
Third is the Tranquility All Through the Nights. While they are designed to be a night diaper, many wear them throughout the day because they like the comfortable feel, as well as the super absorbency. Furthermore, if someone has some control left not being completely incontinent and wishing to use the toilet, these diapers have a double tape tab system allowing them to be refastened. While you'll pay some money for these, it is worth every penny. I've used these diapers the longest out of all the recommendations I'm giving today because I've fallen in love with how well they work, as well as the comfort they provide for me. Not to mention, I'm very pleased as to how Tranquility manufacturers cater to people of all sizes-from youth to large. If you find that you like these also, I recommend you purchase them by the case. This way, you save significantly.
Fourth is the Tena Super Brief. This diaper is absorbent like the Tranquility All Through the Night and can be purchased at a cheaper price. However, I did not like these as much as the Tranquility All Through the Night, though; they do just as good of a job. I'm not sure why. Maybe, it is because I'm used to the Tranquility brand? The decision of which you like better will solely depend on how you feel once you've tried both of them. But what I will say is that if you find yourself in an economic pinch but want super absorbency, Tena Super Briefs are the way to go. Like the Tranquility All Through the Nights, these are refastenable since the tabs are Velcro. This diaper comes in sizes small, medium, and large. Getting them by the case will save you even more.
The fifth diaper that I've found to work wonders is the Reassure Super Brief. These diapers are a special private line manufactured by Home Delivery Incontinence Supplies. Not only do they absorb and fit extremely well, the inside feels so comfortable that it almost feels as if you are wearing cloth. Unlike many diapers that are bulky, they are a thinner make. They are not refastenable like the other two diapers mentioned above, but they definitely do their job. Compared to the other diapers I mentioned so far, these are the cheapest. If you decide to choose this brand, or if you want to sample it for free so you can see what I'm talking about, call Home Delivery Incontinence Supplies at 1800-2-my home (694663). If you are a very small person, they will work great, as they not only have small, medium, and large, but this line carries an extra small.
If you are looking for an even cheaper solution than the Reassure Super Briefs that still works, check out the sixth and final diaper. This diaper is the Dry Comfort line. It is absorbent but will have to be changed slightly more often than the other five mentioned above. Not to worry, though, because this diaper does make it through the night and will survive on long trips. It fits well and is fairly comfortable considering the price. For what you pay, you'll get a nice supply of diapers. You won't feel gypped out of your money. This diaper comes in youth size, as well as in small, medium, and large.
So, before you go on a long and tiresome journey of trying to find out what works for you, and believe me, there are many diapers to choose from and experiment with, use these six recommendations as your starting point. After all, things will be much less stressful if you have somewhere to begin.
