Third is the Tranquility All Through the Nights. While they are designed to be a night diaper, many wear them throughout the day because they like the comfortable feel, as well as the super absorbency. Furthermore, if someone has some control left not being completely incontinent and wishing to use the toilet, these diapers have a double tape tab system allowing them to be refastened. While you'll pay some money for these, it is worth every penny. Not only do they absorb and fit extremely well, the inside feels so comfortable that it almost feels as if you are wearing cloth. Unlike many diapers that are bulky, they are a thinner make.
