Being awarded an MBA degree or Master of Business Administration degree shows everyone that you have completed and mastered business studies. A Master of Business Administration degree is one of the most sought after postgraduate degrees and shows that the person has a comprehensive knowledge of business that can be used in a varied array of business situations.

An MBA not only increases your salary in the job market but also advances your business career. Someone that holds a Master of Business Administration degree can pretty much right there own ticket and is a requirement for many executive management positions.

In my opinion the United States holds a slew of top MBA schools to choose from, my selections for top MBA schools are:

1. MIT or Massachusetts Institute of Technology is located at 50 Memorial Drive in Cambridge, MA. MIT has a wide range of MBA learning programs and the average age of students to be approximately 25-28 years. MIT Sloan School of Management has a two year MBA program that is designed to produce state of the art managers for the corporate business sector. The program integrates not only the latest management developments but also incorporates a full range of management operations. 3. I chose Vanderbilt because Vanderbilt is close to my hometown and well regarded in this area as being a teaching university offering a full range of degrees and programs. Vanderbilt University houses a full scale distinguished teaching hospital on campus.
