This list is a list of the top NBA playoff scorers by points per game average of all-time. Stats are from NBA.com. The list includes legends such as Michael Jordan, Hakeem Olajuwan , and Jerry West. The list also includes current superstars Lebron James and Dwayne Wade. Superstar Kobe Bryant did not make the top 10 and I am sure there are other players not on the list which will surprise you.

1) Michael Jordan

Air Jordan leads the list averaging 33.4 points per game in a career which spanned a 179 playoff games. A key reason to Michael's greatness is he leads this list.

2) Allen Iverson

Allen Iverson, was the answer in the playoffs averaging 29.7 points per game. AI trails MJ by 3.7 points per game and is way behind in the Championship Ring collection.

3) Lebron James

King James is still active and has many playoff games left to play in his career. Currently he is in third place averaging 29.4 points per game. James is a serious threat to move up this list. He was hyped as the air successor of Michael Jordan when he entered the league and his playoff scoring is an indication he is doing the job well.

4) Jerry West

The legendary Jerry West is fourth on the list. West averaged 29.1 points per game in the playoffs during his storied career.

5) Tracy McGrady

McGrady is fourth on the list averaging 28.5 points per game in the playoffs during his career.

6) Elgin Baylor

Elgin is tied with Gervin on the list averaging 27 points per game. Baylor is listed first since he played in more playoff games.

7) George Gervin

George like Baylor averaged 27 points per game. He is listed below Elgin because Baylor played in more playoff games.

8) Hakeem Olajuwan

The Dream is ranked eighth on the list. Hakeem averaged 25.9 points per game in 145 playoff games. He is tied with Vince Carter, however Olajuwan played in more playoff games.

9) Vince Carter

Vince Carter has averaged 25.9 points per game in the playoffs. Carter is keeping up with the dream.

10) Dwayne Wade

Dwayne Wade is on the list averaging 25.7 points per game in the playoffs during his career.
