The frequency of the causes may vary according to your position in your organization. The results were from a survey from Monster(A online recruitment agency) and various journal papers. The list will help you avoid commonly made mistakes in organization.

1. Bad Management
->a. Employee was told to do something he felt was wrong or incorrect.
