Top Ten Christmas TV Shows / Specials

Wheelsy
There are a many different specials and tv shows during the Christmas season. I don't ever feel like I've celebrated the Christmas season properly unless I have watched at least a portion of these shows. It seems like every holiday I end up missing or not having time to watch any of them. Make sure you don't let this happen also by checking the listings of when the shows will be on and planning ahead to watch them. I hope everyone has a merry Christmas and a happy Festivus!

1- Mickey's Once Upon A Christmas - This is one of my little girl's favorite movies. She will watch over and over again. She will watch it regardless of whether it is the Christmas season.

2- How the Grinch Stole Christmas - Another show that makes the holidays complete. This show helps to remind us of the true meaning of Christmas.

3- Mickey's Christmas Carol - There are many different versions of this holiday story, but this is my favorite. Other versions are a little dark at times and I really enjoy the light-hearted approach this version takes.

4- A Charlie Brown Christmas - This entire show is great, but the Charlie Brown Christmas tree scene alone is enough to make this one of the most memorable shows of the Christmas Season.

5- A Garfield Christmas - I love Garfield and I love Christmas, what a perfect combination.

6- Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer - This fun story about the infamous Rudolph the reindeer is a must see for the holiday season.

7- Seinfeld - "The Strike" - Kramer ends his 12 year strike at the Bagel Store, George gives away fake donation cards to his fellow employees for Christmas and Festivus is once again celebrated in the Kastanza family. Don't miss this hilarious Christmas episode.

8- Frosty the Snowman - Will frosty make it to the North Pole before he melts with the spring warmth? You'll have to watch this holiday classic to find out.

9- Santa Clause is Coming to Town - Don't even think of celebrating Christmas without watching this show.

10- The Year Without a Santa Claus - Santa is sick and doesn't feel that Christmas is important to anyone anymore, so he decides to just stay home and not worry about delivering toys. Two of his elves decide to try to save Christmas by convincing kids to let Santa know how much he is needed. After dealing with the Heat Miser and the Snow Miser, they finally save Christmas.
