9. Battle for Terra

Battle for Terra is a computer animated movie by Lionsgate. This movie made my list because I realized there was a serious lack of science fiction adventure and as a kid I loved these types of movies. It is about how the peaceful inhabitants of the beautiful planet Terra are attacked from the last surviving members of humanity floating in an old spaceship; setting the stage for an all-out war between the two species for control of the planet.
