So you're sitting at home thinking, "man, I could really use a top ten list of excuses for driving with expired license plates." Don't deny it, I know you were. If you weren't, you were probably wondering, "why would anyone need some excuses as to why they were driving a car with expired plates?" Well, take this scenario for example. You accidentally forgot to renew the license plates on your car. You start taking back roads to work, and keep the leisure driving to the absolute minimum. But one day, you just get this itch to take her out for a drive. You need to get out of the house, and hey, maybe you can pick up a few things while you're out.
