Go Get Gifts for the Go Getter in Your Life

There is a breed of people out there that simply live by different rules. They do not get up and go to work at 8 am and work for someone they do not like, they work for themselves, and they answer to only themselves. Gifts for the entrepreneur will be a little different in scope and price; however the options below are your best bet:

1) Magazine Subscriptions- This is the gift that keeps on giving, for at least a year anyway. Entrepreneurs read a great deal in order to get the advantage over the competition, so finding some great articles to show them some new ways to run their business is priceless. There are hundreds of newsletters, newspapers, and magazines out there, but starting with the big four will get them going in the right direction. The big four are Money Magazine, Fortune Magazine, Entrepreneur Magazine, and the classic guide to stocks and business news; The Wallstreet Journal.

2) Laptop- Depending on your spending level this one might be a little expensive if you do not know some tricks on buying usually expensive products. Most entrepreneurs have multiple streams of income which includes at least one of those levels being online either through EBay, or their own sites. A laptop would allow them flexibility in their business. In addition, there are many ways to find deals on laptops. All the big vendors (Dell, IBM, and Apple) all have refurbished options, which will give the buyer an almost new computer with a used tag price. Take the time to look and you could save hundreds.

3) Success Books- Entrepreneurs need mentors and the library is full of them. When choosing books to inspire your go getter, you should look for the international classics to make you the king/queen of gifts. Here are a few that are always the top suggested among the rich and famous: Psycho-Cybernetics by Dr. Maxwell Maltz, Awaken the Giant Within, by Anthony Robbins, and See you at the Top, by motivation guru; Zig Ziglar.

4) Motivational CD's- Most of the top people in the entrepreneur business are giving back to society by ways of CD seminars. These are a cheap way to help your entrepreneur learn the ropes and strategies that will allow them to move up the ladder and start their million dollar business.

5) Cell Phone plans/ Hands Free Set- Entrepreneurs are always on the go and with the new laws in most states making it against the law to speak on cell phones while driving; another solution needs to present itself. Meetings can not be missed and calls have to remain possible so get a good phone plan with lots of available minutes and a hands free set will allow for them to speak all they want while remain law abiding.

6) Gym Membership- This may seem like an odd gift and I am sure they will not think to ask for this themselves. The thing is entrepreneurs are big on improving all aspects of their lives and the physical aspects set up the financial aspects. Anthony Robbins tells everyone he mentors to get up every morning and get exercise first. It sets up the day on the correct path, with a goal achieving activity.

7) MP3 Player- When surfing the internet for success stories, teleseminars, and general success strategies are available now in mp3 format. This is free information that your entrepreneur can download instantly and then pop on their ear phones and listen to anytime they want. A great suggestion is to listen to this information while exercising; this way you are exercising your body and your mind.

8) Organizer- There is so many things to do, phone numbers to track, and people to remember. This is almost impossible for a person to simply retain in the brain so getting the person an organizer to keep all this information in one place makes it possible for the entrepreneur to keep records of all their meetings, contacts, and financial records.

9) Goal Setting Software- Goals are a mantra for entrepreneurs, they live day to day setting and achieving goals and this could get messy if they are writing all this down so a software that can help them keep track of all their daily, weekly, yearly, and five year goals and also breaks them down into small steps making the whole process easier and more attainable, which allows for many small successes along the way to the big successes.

10) Seminars- There are numerous "experts" out there giving seminars on any subject your entrepreneur could possibly be interested in, however there are some great seminars that would make great gifts. Look online to see when their favorite author or motivational speaker is in town. Some favorites include Stephen Pierce, Anthony Robbins, and Jack Canfield. They might be a little pricey but the information acquired could take your entrepreneurs business to a whole new level.
