Love Rekindled is Love Long Lasting

BIRD NAMED JEFF
Being a parent is hard work. Sometimes parenting requires skills that we don't learn from school or even our own parents. But it is one of the most rewarding of all times in our lives. It can also cause a lot of stress within the marriage. Keeping things fresh and exciting between each other require something a little extra. Hopefully this list of ten ideas will give you a little edge for that perfect gift.

1. Love Video - Send each other a video telling of your love. Include some of the times you remember most. Times of laughter, love, and romance. What you each mean to the other and why you look forward to the coming years when the kids are out of the house and on their own.

2. Dream destination - Take your spouse to his/her one place they always talked about going but haven't yet made it. European vacation, Mexico or maybe its to another state for a scenic adventure

3. Party Time - Call in all his/her friends and set up a surprise party to celebrate love and appreciation for the year(s) together. When planning this it is best not to plan it around his/her birthday or other special holiday event. To make this even better look into renting a hall or using a room at a local business (these are sometimes cheap or free).

4. Maid service or Yard service - Have the house or yard professionally taken care of for your spouse can sit back an relax after a hard day at work. This might could also include someone to clean out the garage or do the laundry.

5. Privacy Rooms - Construct or redo a special room in the house to be set aside for your spouse to have quality time alone. Someplace they can sit and relax, read or just think.

6. Shopping Spree - Send your spouse off to pick out a few of the many things they have always wanted. You could also include a prepaid shopping card in with this that will enhance their enjoyment.

7. Family Night - Disconnect the phones and lock the doors because this is for family only. Spend the night having a family slumber party of games, food and lots of laughs. Order a pizza, get out the snacks and have some fun. This is all about quality time and having good family fun. Watch those family movies and laugh at how the kids use to be, make up some silly games that everyone in the family can enjoy, share the tale of how you both fell in love and how that love has grown over the years.

8. Concert or Play - Does your loved one have a special group or play they have been dying to see? There is no better way to show your love and give a gift that will have a lasting memory. With the holiday season concerts are also a good way to relax after a week of holiday planning.

9. Long Drive - Get out of the house and hit the road. Don't plan on any actual destination other then to make it as scenic as possible. During this time of year with fall upon us there are so many colors and worldly beauty to see and take in. This is a great way to spend quality time together and to strengthen the bound between the two of you.

10. Spa or club membership - There is little that can be better for that busy lady or man of the house then a chance to unwind then a membership at a spa or club. Keep in mind what that special person is looking for and cater to their wants so to ensure you pick the right kind of spa or club.

Most people have given gifts from a favorite store or money, or even a gift card. These ten ideas are geared toward those of us that are looking for something a little extra special. Most of those ten ideas can include the kids' involvement to help optimize the ultimate in showing your love for each other.

lol, I sent the link to a forum chat buddy list I have, but sadly, have gotten 4 emails since that they could not vote or comment for some reason. I know that most will try again, but a couple asked me for a copy of the article, and I have to check the ICA before sending the actual article, wouldn't want to violate the contract, yanno?
