Top Ten Gift Ideas Under $62 for the Divorced Bug-Collecting Stock Broker Over 37 Who Likes Cheese a Lot

My Version of an Original Gift Guide

With the recent call for holiday gift guides on Associated Content, its content producers went to work compiling these "Top Ten Gift Ideas For........" articles in mass quantity. Part of the criteria was that guides be original, writers were even instructed to do a search for similar ideas before submitting. After a while, the gift guides started getting more and more creative in efforts to produce unique content. So in the spirit of that, it doesn't matter if Christmas is over. I present to you the top ten gift ideas under $62 for the divorced bug-collecting stock broker over the age of 37 who likes cheese a lot in your life.

1. Pants
This person probably wears pants. Actually, this person definitely wears pants. After all, he/she goes to a stock broker job everyday, and I think at those places they are required to wear pants. So pants are a good gift for this person.

2. Cheese
The person likes cheese--a lot. When someone likes something a lot, you should buy it for them. What kind of friend or relative would you be if you didn't??

3. Bugs
They collect them, don't they? So get them some dang bugs.

4. A book of maps
I think it's called an atlas. Whatever it's called, it's sure to be a hit!

5. A coffee mug
It would be really cool and original if you find one that reads "I love stocks" on it.

6. A copy of Terms of Endearment on DVD. What divorced bug-collecting stock broker over the age of 37 who likes cheese a lot doesn't love this classic drama?

7. Scrapbooking kit
They may not be into scrapbooking, but maybe you can force them to like it.

8. Some 80's music
You know, because they're over 37, they remember this era.

9. A gift card
You know, for a place where you can buy things. Just be sure that it is for less than $62.

10. A cat
Everyone should have a cat. It doesn't matter if this person is allergic or not. They don't have another spouse yet, so in the meantime, they can settle for a cat.

I know these are awesome and original ideas. Sometimes I marvel at my own ability to think of just the right gift for the right person. Now you no longer have to be stumped at what to get for the person in your life who fits this profile. No need to thank me. Just knowing that I helped unstump someone is thanks enough.

Very funny. And Real Score has a good idea about the 90's music and what is predicted to happen after listening to it. Therefore, the #1 gift idea would surely be appropriate and needed.

Buy them 90's music and watch them crap their pants over how much the music sucks compared to 80's music.
