Sinestro
Sinestro is Green Lantern's greatest enemy. He was once a Green Lantern himself, but he grew weary of the way the Oans led the Green Lanterns and rebelled. He has faced Hal Jordan many times, and eventually formed his own Lantern fighting force - the Sinestro Corps. His power ring has yellow energy, as opposed the Green Lantern's green-powered rings.
Sonar
A Master of Sound. Sonar has had two incarnations. The first was a refugee from the nation of Modora who left to pursue his schemes in America. He faced Green Lantern on many occasions, but returned to his home country and eventually became ruler there. The current Sonar pales in comparison. He is more of a B-Level villain instead of the true threat of the original.
Star Sapphire
A race of female alien warriors who possess a "star sapphire" weapon which is similar to Green Lantern's power ring. The Star Sapphire has assumed the identity of many females in the Green Lantern series and even his great love, Carol Ferris.
Doctor Polaris
A bi-polar supervillain, Doctor Polaris has the power over magnetic fields. The first Doctor Polaris was killed in a vicious battle with the Freedom Fighters, but a new Doctor Polaris is now at large in the DC Universe.
Black Hand
A villain obsessed with death, he wears a ring that can affect the energy of the Green Lantern's power ring. The Black Hand was the harbinger of Green Lantern's greatest event series, Blackest Night.
Krona
A scientist of the cosmos obsessed with the origins of the universe. The threat of his actions are what caused the Oan Guardians to form the Green Lantern Corps.
Manhunters
The Manhunters were the first peace-keeping force created by the Oans. The manhunters were machines that became obsessed with "the hunt" for the cosmic villain and their obsessive tactics were shunned by the Oans.
Major Disaster
He has the power to cause natural disasters. At one point, he had turned a leaf and fought for the side of good. But eventually, he went back to his old ways.
Hector Hammond
He is a criminal who was exposed to a meteorite which caused his head to enlarge and gives him psionic powers.
ParallaxA demonic extraterrestrial being that attached itself to Hal Jordan and changed his personality. It led Green Lantern to descend into madness and eventually led to his death. Years later, Hal Jordan was reborn and the true Parallax was revealed to all.
