Top Ten Halloween Songs: From Pop to Classical - The large majority of my picks fall into the category of fun and upbeat that make you want to sing along or get up and dance. Two of them are just plain spooky to me. The most recognizable song that people automatically identify with spooky is my number one.

1. Exorcist Theme - Tubular Bells

Number two goes back many year to a fun little song.

2. Monster Mash - Bobby "Boris" Pickett

Number three is often the first song that comes to mind with people when they think of Halloween.

3. Thriller
- Michael Jackson

Number four takes me back to the classic horror films.

4. Prelude and Fugue in F minor on organ
- Bach

For number five I choose a song from the early pop/rock era. It isn't scary it is just another fun song.

5. Spooky - Classics IV

Number six is a campy little tune by Warren Zevon.

6. Werewolves of London - Warren Zevon

Number seven is a song that most people won't be familiar with but should look up.

7. Dancin' With Mr. Bones - Marcia Louis

For number eight I go to the extravaganza rock opera era.

8. Evil Woman - ELO

Number nine takes us to the master latin guitarist.

9. Black Magic Woman - Santana

Number ten brings us to the relative present with a movie theme as performed by Marylin Manson.

10. This is Halloween - Marylin Manson
