1. (1) Kurt Warner, Arizona Cardinals (7-5): 99.4 Quarterback Rating

It was a rough outing for Warner as the Eagles thumped the Cardinals. He threw three interceptions and failed to reach the 300-yard mark for the first time in six weeks.

"It was not the game we wanted to play. I came out and forced one early. We just didn't have out game today and it was across the board," said Warner.

On the season, Warner has thrown 24 touchdown passes and 11 interceptions. He has completed 323 passes in 472 attempts for a total of 3,741 yards and a completion percentage of 68.4.

2. (2) Drew Brees, New Orleans Saints (6-6): 95.9 Quarterack Rating

Sunday's performance was not one of Brees' finest, as he pitched three costly interceptions in the Saints 23 to 20 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Brees must curtail his tendency to throw interceptions.

"It's disappointing, very disappointing. It's probably one of the more disappointing losses I have ever been a part of," said Brees.

On the season, Brees has thrown 24 touchdown passes and 14 interceptions. He has completed 311 passes in 471 attempts for a total of 3,870 and a completion percentage of 66.0.

3. (4) Tony Romo, Dallas Cowboys (8-4): 103.2 Quarterback Rating

Of all quarterbacks among the top five, Romo arguably turned in the best performance with three touchdown passes and one interception.

"Our confidence level is that on any given Sunday we can compete with the best of anybody. It'll be interesting to see how we do going forward," said Romo.

On the season, Romo has thrown 21 touchdown passes and eight interceptions. He has completed 192 passes in 300 attempts for a total of 2,559 yards and a completion percentage of 64.0.

4. (3) Philip Rivers, San Diego Chargers (4-8): 100.5 Quarterback Rating

Rivers' performance has declined over the past month or so. Perhaps the inconsistency of the rest of the team is highly contagious.

On the season, Rivers has thrown 23 touchdown passes and ten interceptions. He has completed 232 passes in 357 attempts for a total of 2,955 yards and a completion percentage of 65.0.

5. (7) Eli Manning, New York Giants (11-1): 91.3 Quarterback Rating

I am beginning to hear Eli Manning's name mentioned when discussing possible MVP candidates. This is what the Giants were aiming for when they acquired Manning in 2004. Thus far, he leads all Mannings in quarterback rating. It was another victory for the Giants amid the Plaxico Burress cataclysm.

On the season, Manning has thrown 19 touchdown passes and eight interceptions. He has completed 230 passes in 371 attempts for a total of 2,624 yards and a completion percentage of 62.0.

6. (5) Brett Favre, New York Jets (8-4): 90.4 Quarterback Rating

Hopefully, for Favre and the Jets, Sunday's loss to the Broncos was a wake-up call.

On the season, Favre has thrown 20 touchdown passes and 14 interceptions. He has completed 268 passes in 390 attempts for a total of 2,708 yards and a completion percentage of 68.7.

7. (9) Aaron Rodgers, Green Bay Packers (5-7): 91.2 Quarterback Rating

Rodgers is performing well; however, the Packers defense is suffering.

On the season, Rodgers has thrown 20 touchdown passes and ten interceptions. He has completed 257 passes in 404 attempts for a total of 2,897 yards and a completion percentage of 63.6.

8. (8) Chad Pennington, Miami Dolphins (7-5): 92.8 Quarterback Rating

Believe it or not, Pennington has had just as much of a positive impact on the Dolphins as Favre has had on the Jets.

On the season, Pennington has thrown eleven touchdown passes and six interceptions. He has completed 238 passes in 364 attempts for a total of 2,881 yards and a completion percentage of 65.4.

9. (6) Peyton Manning, Indianapolis Colts (8-4): 85.3 Quarterback Rating

It was a sloppy performance from Manning and the Colts offense, but they sill toppled the hapless Browns.

On the season, Manning has thrown 19 touchdown passes and 12 interceptions. He has completed 281 passes in 445 attempts for a total of 2,948 yards and a completion percentage of 63.1.

10. (NR) Matt Ryan, Atlanta Falcons (8-4): 91.2 Quarterback Rating

Rookie of the year may come down to a battle of the Matts- Matt Forte and Matt Ryan.

On the season, Ryan has thrown 13 touchdown passes and six interceptions. He has completed 203 passes in 333 attempts for a total of 2,625 yards and a completion percentage of 61.0.

Falling out: Matt Cassel, New England Patriots (85.5 QB Rating)

Other notable players include: Jeff Garcia, Tampa Bay Buccaneers (92.5 QB Rating); Jason Campbell, Washington Redskins (87.8 QB Rating); Jay Cutler, Denver Broncos (87.8 QB Rating); Donovan McNabb, Philadelphia Eagles (84.8 QB Rating); Ben Roethlisberger, Pittsburgh Steelers (80.0 QB Rating)
