1. (1) Philip Rivers, San Diego Chargers (3-5): 107.8 Quarterback Rating

Following a much-needed bye week for the Chargers, Philip Rivers and the crew are back in action this weekend as they face the Kansas City Chiefs. The only saving grace in the Chargers otherwise disappointing season is the fact that every other team in the AFC West division has been equally as disappointing. Additionally, they have the luxury of Rivers at quarterback, as he has enjoyed a fabulous season statistically.

Rivers has thrown 19 touchdown passes versus only six interceptions. He has completed 149 passes in 234 attempts for 2,038 yards with a completion percentage of 63.7.

2. (3) Kurt Warner, Arizona Cardinals (5-3): 104.2 Quarterback Rating

This seems to be a flashback to 1999, except Kurt Warner is wearing red and white as opposed to blue and gold. In fact, Warner's quarterback mastery, especially in the fourth quarter, helped the Cardinals demoralize his former team. The Cardinals defeated the St. Louis Rams 34-13, as they scored 24 points in the fourth quarter. Warner threw for 342 yards, as he completed 23 passes in 34 attempts. He threw two touchdown passes with no interceptions. Anquan Boldin and Jerhemy Urban were the beneficiaries of Warner's touchdown passes.

Warner has thrown 16 touchdown passes and only six interceptions. He has completed 207 passes in 296 attempts for 2,431 yards with a completion percentage of 69.9.

Quote: "I always love coming back to this place (St. Louis). Really a good day all the way around for me."

3. (2) Drew Brees, New Orleans Saints (4-4): 101.6 Quarterback Rating

Drew Brees and the New Orleans Saints face a must-win situation when they travel to Atlanta, Georgia to face their NFC South division foes this weekend. The Falcons are 5-3 and playing solid football. The Saints have been erratic at best. Brees is the undisputed leader of this team, but they need a healthy Reggie Bush.

Brees has thrown 15 touchdown passes versus seven interceptions. He has completed 210 passes in 304 attempts for 2,563 yards with a completion percentage of 69.1.

4. (4) Aaron Rodgers, Green Bay Packers (4-4): 95.3 Quarterback Rating

Considering that the Packers faced one of the toughest defenses the NFL has to offer in the Tennessee Titans, Aaron Rodgers was not all that bad. Unfortunately, the Titans were better. Rodgers was productive, but he appeared rattled as he turned to ball over twice. He threw an interception in the end zone, squandering a potential score, and then fumbled on the subsequent possession. The Titans made the big plays down the stretch and in overtime. Rodgers completed 22 passes in 41 attempts for 314 yards in the 19-16 loss. He threw one touchdown pass.

Rodgers has thrown 13 touchdown passes and five interceptions. He has completed 167 passes in 262 attempts for 1,982 yards with a completion percentage of 63.7.

Quote: "I'm very disappointed about the way I played, but our resolve is strong and I'll come back next week and be ready to play in a big game against the Vikings."

5. (5) Tony Romo, Dallas Cowboys (5-4): 103.5 Quarterback Rating

Tony Romo is still on the sidelines nursing a pinky injury; however, no one has stepped up enough to knock him out of the top five. Even more throbbing than the pinky injury itself is the fact that Romo is powerlessly sitting on the sidelines as his teammates self-destruct. The Cowboys are in danger of becoming the bottom feeders of the NFC East. They have a bye week coming up, as they look to regroup.

Romo has thrown 14 touchdown passes and only five interceptions. He has completed 128 passes in 200 attempts for 1,689 yards with a completion percentage of 64.0.

6. (9) Donovan McNabb, Philadelphia Eagles (5-3): 92.0 Quarterback Rating

Another solid outing for McNabb and the Eagles.

McNabb has thrown 10 touchdown passes and only four interceptions. He has completed 182 passes in 288 attempts for 2,178 yards with a completion percentage of 63.2.

7. (7) Chad Pennington, Miami Dolphins (4-4): 95.2 Quarterback Rating

Nothing spectacular, but Pennington is getting the job done in Miami.

Pennington has thrown seven touchdown passes and four interceptions. He has completed 163 passes in 242 attempts for 1,991 yards with a completion percentage of 67.4.

8. (6) Jason Campbell, Washington Redskins (6-3): 92.4 Quarterback Rating

Finally, Campbell throws and interception... or two.

Campbell has thrown eight touchdown passes and two interceptions. He has completed 176 passes in 273 attempts for 1,960 yards with a completion percentage of 64.5.

9. (NR) Eli Manning, New York Giants (7-1): 89.7 Quarterback Rating

Eli Manning continues to earn the respect from his teammates and the fickle fans in New York.

Manning has thrown 12 touchdown passes versus only five interceptions. He has completed 153 passes in 250 attempts for 1,735 yards with a completion percentage of 61.2.

10. (8) Kyle Orton, Chicago Bears (5-3): 90.8 Quarterback Rating

Prior to his injury, Orton was the Bears most reliable quarterback in over a decade.

Orton has thrown ten touchdown passes and four interceptions. He has completed 151 passes in 244 attempts for 1,777 yards with a completion percentage of 61.9.

Falling Out:Jay Cutler, Denver Broncos (86.9 QB Rating)

Other notable players:Peyton Manning, Indianapolis Colts (83.3 QB Rating), Brett Favre, New York Jets (87.5 QB Rating), Ben Roethlisberger, Pittsburgh Steelers (79.6 QB Rating), Jake Delhomme, Carolina Panthers (88.7 QB Rating), Matt Ryan, Atlanta Falcons (85.4 QB Rating)
