Birthday Parties have come a long way. They have progressed way beyond the traditional home party, and even the home parties nowadays have professional entertainers. The nice thing is, with the variety available, you can tailor a party to the child's personality. Here are a few of the party places in New York City that offer unique party experiences, for that one of a kind party.

The Hall of Science in Flushing Meadows Park, Queens New York

The Hall of Science is a great place to visit at any time, and a child who has their birthday party here will remember it for many years to come. You have a choice of 8 different birthday party themes, depending on the age of the child. They range from 3-5, 4-5, 6 and older and 8 and older. The birthday parties last for 2 hours(1½ hours of activities and ½ hour in the private room). They all include a take-home activity and balloon for each child. Catered food is included for the children. Adult food is extra. Birthday Parties are for a minimum of 12 children and start at $500

Check out the food pages for prices on adult food. Prices start at less than $200, and you can customize the package by adding other options like crafts and laser tag. It is well worth looking into.

Iam looking for a Candy Store in NYC besides DylansCandyBar. I have a 2 year old daughter and the staff in Dylans is very busy where they did not attend to my daughter just served. They also had payed more attention to the adults rather than the children or MY BIRTHDAY CHILD. Anyone know any other company in NYC? I dont want another disaster.

Hey! There are an endless supply of places in New York City but finding the right spot has always been a tough task. I used a website www.birthdaypartybooker.com to plan my birthday two weeks ago and it was incredible. We celebrated at Anchor Bar in New York - they were able to give me some free things like a table, no cover and a free bottle of champagne. Anchor Bar is an awesome place to have your birthday!

  • Bar and Lounges for 21 Birthdays6/9/2009

I recently searched the web for places to have my birthday, I'm turning 28. I couldn't find anything! I stumbled upon birthday party booker and they gave an in-depth review of a ton of bars and lounges in new york city. They were also able to throw in free champagne, etc. Definitely recommend you checking it out if you're looking to do something at NYC bar or lounges and operating on a budget.
