Top Ten Reality Couples

Since the creation of this television medium we have been more intrigue by the shows that are put on it. Each year we are drawn to certain elements that keep us amused and watching. But some of the programs are worth it. And of course some are not worth the trouble.

But my opinion of the top ten realty couples present and past with shock many and amazed other because of the decades they are from. One of the greatest television couple of them all have got to be from the Honeymooners,from the fifties from it original creation to it revamp creation starring the great and late Jackie Gleason and Audrey Meadows.

I can't recall two great actors who could play off each others as actors, during live television where every mistakes was recorded on tape. Meadows as Alice Kramden, was a give as you get wife, whatever you said she mostly had a great response to the situation of Ralph Kramden. With his classic line "To the Moon" he spoke every now and then to his wife on the show. Alice, never moved, as if he struck her he might got struck back. And once in an episode where her mother appeared, you soon realized Alice was a younger version of her mother. Don't take no mess individual from anyone. This is a couple that have stood many decades bringing laughter to many generation.

As, I with the Honeymooners, it would be truly a disgraceful act on my part not to mention the I Love Lucy, show in this written article. Desi Arnaz, Sr. and at the time ,his real life wife ,the late magnificent Lucille Ball, to this day is one of the greatest real couples to act together in live scenes doing filming before audience. While taping it on to video tape. She's hardly known by most new female comedians who should be thanking her tremendously for setting a trend for ladies to follow. With Desi, they started Desilu Studio, which was used by other production. And, while having birth on shows today seems to be the norm. During the fifties this show was the original of the creation when the actress-comedian was really pregnant at the time.

Just to skip around and please some from today generation. I mention Pat Sajak and Vanna White who has been on Wheel of Fortune, for a good while in theses days of trying to get shows to stay current with the youth generation. Couples in some people minds automatically bring in to light male and female and that's not exactly true in nature. When you say the Tonight Show, featuring Johnny Carson, there's a great chance you was going to mention his co-Hort on the show. And that would be the late Ed McMahon, who was as closely connected in Americans mind as Johny. And people fail to realize McMahon, hosted his own show that turn out some famous people during his term on Star Search.

Rick Nelson, the teenage heart throb, of the fifties and early sixties came to view from starring on another real life couple production during the fifties, and they were Ozzie and Harriet, who was living their adventure through series of people they venture to know. There's something about live broadcasting where it's not tape, but film before many people to watch and see the flubs that might occur.

Since, I mention an Ozzie, let mention the leader of Black Sabbath, rock legend artist Ozzy Osborne, who along with his wife Sharon Osborne, let the world venture into their life to see a sought of reality, if you want to call it that. And for us who watch the show Ozzy, is a very funny or humorous individual. And people are sometimes surprise to see rock stars acting like they have a brain. And this show put all doubts to and end that this was a smart couple in real life. Who have seen the good and the bad in their relationship over the years.

Art Carney and Joyce Randolph, are two names that are closely connected to Ralph and Alice, where you truly don't have to mention their last names. Because fans going to know what show they emerge from as their neighbors. But for those of you, who don't know the answer, it was the Honeymooners. Like Fred is to Wilma and Barney is to Betty, the Norton's are to the Kramden.

Why real couples like to do reality productions only they can explain? Of course money is involved in that decision because to have cameras constantly filming, almost everything is a nuisance to some. But Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott, as have many allowed their live be film for viewers to watch. And they are some of the reality show people still marry in life. Others seems to get caught up in the hype and drift apart by the celebrity that they are or have became.

As with Johnny and Ed, of the old Tonight Show fame years, I have to mention Simon Crowell and Randy Jackson, of American Idol, because while Paula Abdul was in the mix. These two was the good cop and bad cops of this long running show. One give confidence while the other cut your dreams down. Paula, was mostly for beauty or show or encouragement. And we knew all the assigned seats they was seated in, since it has never changed over the years.

I admit this nomination is surprising me simply because, I never knew ,what a Hank or a Kendra ever was when they was mention. Sure we heard about the three ladies surrounding Hugh Hefner, but I just knew them as three blonde's. I guess they wanted the dumb blond effect of sought ,because none was brunettes or redheads. But after watching the Kendra show you come across a trying to be celebrity in Hollywood. There have got to be something about this couple that keeps people constantly viewing them on the cable channel and the press. Even I watch just to see what they getting into.
